We live on the Island of Ta'u Manu'a, American Samoa, which is 67 nautical miles East of our big Island of Tutuila. The connection was great, and the video was clear. We had to call a second time, as it was our fault since we did not have Honey's Passport, American Samoa Driver's License, or Social Security card. The 2nd time was like the first... Kind, made us comfortable, cared for us. We are deeply grateful for the care and compassion of the ID.me crew!

So I had to verify my identity bc I was applying for a grant. I wasn't sure what to do so the site suggested ID.me so I went on and honestly I thought that it was going to be a real hassle but I was pleasantly wrong-I chose the video chat option and I waited like 15 mins but I spoke w a super nice agent who helped me verify my identity in like 3 minutes and it was the weekend so their availability is awesome as was the whole experience.
