Do not use if on Long Island, waste of time, lied to me and had to cancel after 2 1/2 hours of delays. Also, extremely poor customer response from corporate when I wrote and called.

This company is the biggest fraud and total scam. I have never dealt with more unprofessional and dishonest bunch of people. I had them replace the screen on my iPhone on August 24. Once the tech was finished, he turned on my phone and ran through the door. 5 mins later the phone doesn't work anymore - keeps restarting itself. I called the iTech and asked him to come back and take a look, but he refused saying that he had other appointments. Similarly with other experiences posted here, my iTech accused me of breaking the phone and dropping it too much. I offered to go get a hardware diagnostic at Apple, but he refused. I called iCracked and explained the situation, but the rep told me that they can fix the phone after I file a warranty request. I did and as of today they are still trying to arrange for a technician to repair my phone (which they broke) as they are still "trying to expedite" my claim. Really, like 1.5 months later!? ICracked is a total joke...

I stumbled onto this vile unhelpful website because my hunk of junk APPLE iPhone is broken. Apple (as in a useless store) will NOT repair my phone. So doing searches looking for help, I stumbled onto this piece of crap website that took three days to get back to me to tell me because my model isn't listed, I'm just $#*! out of luck. Just as well. I will NEVER EVER do business with a company that refuses someone help who is in dire straights. And I NEVER EVER will own another Apple product, because when they die, you can't find ANYONE to repair the crap they sell.

I should have listened to the review I saw from someone else about the warranty. THERE IS NONE! I asked them how the warranty worked and felt confident that i was informed. But sure enough, I dropped my phone within a week of the replacement and it cracked the corner of the 2 layers of screens this guy put on and the screen was dislodged on that corner as well. I contacted them and sent pictures but they said it wasn't covered. So I don't know why they even tell you there is a warranty when there truly isn't!

Only pros was it was convenient for the guy to show up at my office to fix it while I was right there working at my desk and I appreciated the text messages.

I give 2 stars but I would not recommend them to anyone. That's a pretty garbage business model to trick people. I thought I was paying all this extra for a warranty...

This website helped me save a lot of money! If it wasn't for this company I would have given my phone to some technician who would have made me wait and pay a ridiculous amount! They have so many amazing services! But be advised "FIX AT YOUR OWN RISK" dissembling and reassembling an iphone is fragile work! Which is why I love the fact that they are able to fix it for you(if you so choose) I repaired my phone on my own however, and because of the step by step instructions I was able to get through it and feel really good about it!

Tip for consumers:
Be very patient if you are repairing your phone on your own!

Scheduled a visit to get my screen repaired. Get my phone back and it looks great, despite the home button is sticking up past the screen a few extra millimeters... for about a day. All of a sudden my phone is clicking links and buttons for me and zooming in and out without my help. There's also dead spots everywhere. Reached out to warranty claims dept and set up appointment #2, which was at the tech's shop, 30 mins away from me. So there I was wasting my own time and money on gas driving 30 mins out of my way with a useless phone on a Saturday after finishing up an 80 hour work week, when this company's whole sales pitch is "we'll come to you" only to arrive and have the guy tell me there's nothing he can do but sell me a brand new screen and screen protector. Seems fishy. I then reach out to their claims dept again, simply asking for a refund, which got denied. At which point I used some very colorful language and told them what I thought of their crooked company. From one business to another, this is not how you treat customers, we will exhaust all other services before using them again. So unless you want a cheaply made aftermarket screen, that isn't even constructed of oem materials, just go to apple! They're a heck of a lot nicer group of people to deal with.

So, firstly, they sent me a screen replacement diy kit for my iphone 6s but they sent me the completely wrong part, ignored a lot of my complaints in my first few emails, just responding with clearly cut and paste responses. I honestly think they just looked for key words in my email and didn't actually read any. Spent several weeks dealing with them even though I payed a lot of money for this kit only to receive something that was not compatible with my phone... They finally read my email because I mentioned reporting them to the better business bureau... that was the only time I think I got a real person... felt like I was pulling teeth. Still told me that I couldn't get money back because I opened it even though there was no way for me to know that what they sent me was wrong because it was labelled as meant for my phone, but it wasn't until trying to actually finish fixing the phone that pieces weren't matching up in the phone or even the video that they publish showing how to fix it. Absolute waste of my time and money and I have never gotten so snappy with a business before because I am incredibly quiet and passive.

Dont even try iCracked for the following reasons:

1. They are not using anything original they just use crap screens and parts the technician used 2 screens to fix my mobile and it did not work.
2. No warranty as most of the mobile phones are bended (as per iCracked tech) so the warranty is gust a lie.
3. No support from iCracked once you have any issue with the tech it is your problem to fix it with him they have no influence to do anything and they are not willing to.
4. No honesty at dealing with customers.
I lost 186 USD to repair my iPhone 6s cracked screen and I also lost my phone so I have to by new phone as the screen is not working and also the front camera is also not working after the repair and iCracked did net even say sorry.
Be careful from Frank Pallante he is gust a lying thief steal your money and run away.

I would not recommend David Greeley at all. Several months ago I put in a warranty claim and I was referred to David Greeley who after finally 3 weeks later responded. My second claim last week was again instructed to contact David Greeley to repair my phone. He gave me his personal email address. I emailed him 4 times with no response. I called him 4 times with no ressponse. This was a matter of 10 days. What type of representative (technician)? Does Icracked use? I strongly recommend not to use him.

I got my iPhone fixed 4 days ago. A guy named Dough Blackwell wanted to work on my phone at the near by Mc. Donalds (sounds fishy I know) anyways I let him. He was getting kinda nosey, he was working on my daughters phone and my daughter was like 45 minutes away. Amd for some reason he wanted to take it to her. Now why would he want to take my 14 year old daughter her phone? Id why either so I refused to let him. After 4days my daughters phone completely crashed to where it doesn't work. So don't trust icracked.

DO NOT USE THEM! Based on my experience my guess is that some of the positive reviews are fakes. I had them replace a broken iPad screen. My 6 yo had dropped it. Repair went just fine - a young student from Ga. Tech picked up the iPad and returned it repaired the next day. I noticed the screen was a little raised beyond the edge of the iPad but that didn't bother me. Within a week the screen has cracked again - starting at the edge where I had noticed the screen raise. I hadn't dropped it, dropped my bag, anything. I contacted iCracked and received a string of emails explaining how it must be my fault. Despite repeated requests for a manager to call me all I got were emails repeating the same mantra ("this is not our fault"). Give me break guys... you use young college kids to do your repairs. God bless them - the one who did mine was perfectly nice. But when the repair doesn't go well and there is a problem a grown-up should get on the phone with your customers and get to the bottom of why they are unhappy with your service. This has been the worst customer service experience I've had in as long as I can remember. Most frustrating is that they hide behind a website and some college kids and refused to do not get anyone on the phone with me. I am in the process of writing to the BBB and to the Georgia Secretary of State just so there is a record. If there is any other way I can think of to get the word out how sub-standard iCracked products and service are and how horrible their customer service is I will do it.

This is a copy of my complaint with the BBB, I am a very down to earth person but when I get treated poorly after paying to dollar I let others know. The nightmare still continues. Stay far far away. I refuse to be treated like this.

This message originally read on 9/8/2016

Complaint: *******

I am rejecting this response because:

Now for the fifth time I am explaining my situation. First and foremost I was rejected three times without sending pictures. First by your Tech who re-fused to call me back she would only text me. Then twice by two operators that seemed to be reading off a script. I already received this exact heart felt rejection (word for word I too can cut and paste) and was the reason I filed with the BBB in the first place. I copied it below.

Hello Steven,

We appreciate you sending in those photos. However, upon further evaluation with our HQ, we are not able to cover this under warranty due to subsequent cracks on the screen (www.icracked.com/warranty). Looking at the photo, it appears that the device might have been pressured or taken an impact causing the screen to crack.

When our techs pass a device off to our customer, we timestamp the condition of the device to make sure everything is functional. Once released, we would have no control over what the device would go through, which is why we are unable to warranty cracked screens. Furthermore, our screens are made to the same exact specification as to Apple OEM parts and are not supposed or meant to crack by itself unless enough pressure was applied.

Also, the pre-installed screen protector is only an added value to all screen replacement we have for iPhones and costs you no additional charges and it's also considered as a "consumable part" that is designed to diminish or sustain damage over time (www.icracked.com/warranty) which makes it not a part of the screen replacement itself and not covered by our Lifetime Warranty.

If you would like, I am more than happy to arrange another repair for you or I can offer you a 25% off discount code on our mail-in repair service.

Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

Now what? I do appreciate you adding a screen protector (I did not ask for one) NOT PROTECTED BY YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY that supposedly added value to my phone when in fact it ruined it. The screen protector covered up tiny bubbles in the glass making it appear it was the protector. You state your LIFETIME WARRANTY covers manufactures defects but in the same breath state "are not supposed to or meant to crack by itself unless enough pressure is applied." To me this means your LIFETIME WARRANTY really means nothing because if it did crack by itself you would not honor it anyway because it not supposed to. Your customer service is nothing more than operators reading off scripts you write them and WARRANTY SPECIALISTS cut and pasting rejection letters from Corperate. Operators and WARRANTY SPECIALISTS will not give out Head Office phone numbers. I'm not sure about anyone else but when the individuals who run the company hide there must be a reason. Is there anyway I can request once again the president or CEO's telephone number?
I have read several other complaints where this has or similar has happened other valued customers. In any event I am soon going to get a new phone and the odds are high that it could get cracked. When I do purchase that new phone how likely do you think I am going to be seeking out your company. That I can assure you will be extremely low odds just like to former Gateway. I would like to have my phone fixed without the protector. If not a refund will do especially since I did not receive what I ordered.
