My open letter questions for ICQ

I recently made a new ICQ account and in making the new ICQ account I only used a valid working Email to activate the account.

Since that day I made that account I have not been able to access it nor use the ICQ messenger.

I very recently changed the pass word to this account and the ICQ web page told me to use my Email and new pass word to log in.

I tried to log into the ICQ messenger and it would not allow me to log in with the new pass word.

This is a new account so why should I even have to consider getting a new pass word to make the account work?

Is IQC being deceitful and not properly informing its uses that they are required to use a working active cell phone to receive a code?

Does ICQ require a person to use a cell phone to activate a new account?

I completed and changed my pass word and then tried using my new password and it did not work. Why does my new password not work?

If anyone that works for The ICQ Team decides to respond to this I want your name and an Email address of the person handling my ICQ issue.

I have sent more than one complaint ticket to ICQ about my junk ICQ account that does not work.

The last complaint ticket I filed with ICQ was received at:

Thus far no one at ICQ has really gotten to the bottom of why it is my ICQ messenger does not work nor have I received any real answers as to why my ICQ account does not work.

For anyone that is reading this I will provide you with some very interesting information about ICQ.

ICQ has fallen out of fashion in US and Britain, but it remains popular in Eastern Europe and Russia.
