I did my due diligence on this company and two others as well. I selected this one. It is officially 3 months later and I am not ready for the market places. I learned things:

1. My market place listings aren't correct (I had to get an Amazon rep to help me fix things because I am not set up properly and I'm paying $39.99/month... since August, 2019).

2. My Oberlo shipping for some products is not correct (Oberlo informed my that because there are 1,200 products listed, I should just fix the ship from countries as I go).

3. A question was posted by the "Operating Director", on October 7,2019 to EComm the company that helps list products on Amazon. They have not responded, and you cannot tag them in the message board anymore.

4. I contacted all their "positive reviews" listed on the Facebook page. No response since I messaged them on September 8,2019.

5. Per their contract for my $4,000 pro package I get, "Google Ads Campaign Setup (Campaigns & Keywords Setup), Bing Ads Campaign Setup (Campaigns & Keywords Setup), SEO Optimization" I had to contact the ad platforms myself for them to help me set up my ads. No help from iCommerce at all.

6. Per their contract for my $4,000 pro package I get, "Training Material Provided." (This material looks like a copy paste from the actual ad platforms just tweaked to look like they actually wrote it all.)

7. Per their contract for my $4,000 pro package I get, "14 Hours of Store Management (Order Processing & Customer Service)". (I have done all 14 hours plus more myself... fixing what is wrong and trying to generate my own sales.)

8. Per their contract for my $4,000 pro package I get, "Dedicated Account Manager (Provides One on One Mentorship)" I guess this was on September 9,2019, when the "Operating Director" told me I was "overreacting," to things not getting done. (I gave iCommerce until September 16,2019, and things still were not completed.)

9. I called the "Sales" rep on October 17,2019 at 6:03 PM EST, on the cell phone he provided to me. I tried the toll free number but I got a foreign speaking man that had no idea what I was talking about. The "Sales" rep did not give a business greeting when he answered. Instead he held the phone and waited for me to speak and identify who I was before he said anything. (Is this the proper way to answer the phone?)

10. Per their contract for my $4,000 pro package, "Both iCommerceDev as well as client
Agree to a 100% money back guarantee should any of the terms of this
Contract not be honored i. E. section 4. ICommerceDev as well as client also
Agree to a 50% refund will be issued should client not see a single sale within 7
Days of project completion." It's hard to get a sale when my listings are not correct, or my SEO is not relevant, or I had no ads running for some time.

I reached out to the BBB, FTC, and the NYAG. So far the BBB has agreed that they will publish my full review because iCommerce has not responded since I filed my complaint on September 9,2019.

ICommerce did some of the work but as I went back and started to learn on my own, or walk through my Shopify website with support, I discovered things like bad SEO, or incorrect pictures, or product descriptions, or shipping options, that I have to fix as I go. I struggled with writing this because I spent $4,000. I asked for a refund twice and they have not responded to it. The BBB sent correspondence stating I want a refund if they cannot honor the contract. No response from iCommerce. I also did not want to speak bad about a business online because I want to have my own business online.

At this point I would not recommend this business. I feel like I could have done the work myself because of what I am currently still learning.

Update 10/23/2019: Richard Rivera is claiming he is working on a resolution with "his Supervisor." I feel like this is a lie and iCommerce is stalling. I did submit what I am willing to negotiate for. (See screenshots of current negotiations).

Update 10/23/2019, 2:38 PM: I just spoke with Amazon. It seems over 98% of the listings that iCommerce, and EComm completed I cannot list. Why? They need documentation. (See screenshots from my Amazon Seller listing.) I can only list basic things like hair tools, brushes... things that will not be put directly on the body.

Update 10/27/2019, 9:04 PM: Well of course. Richard Rivera, told me this: "The document will be drafted within 24 hours, and need to be signed prior to the refund being processed." (Translation... In order to shut you up, we're going to give you some of your money back. Even though we didn't finish everything.") Do I have an agreement... NOPE! On top of that I got an infraction notice from WISH for $10. I did review my listings. I thought I was in compliance but I guess I was wrong. These listings were uploaded by iCommerce.

Update 10/29/2019: It's now 8:43 AM. No contract. No response from Richard Rivera. So much for the 24 hours and you'll have an agreement. It's 3 days later!

Tip for consumers:

I would not recommend iCommerce.
