I purchased the knee ice sleeve for myself and it was great! Then my 9 year old Granddaughter hurt her knee in a dance completion and was under doctors care and required to use an electric ice therapy machine, but we already had a big day at Universal Studios planned and it could not be changed because my other granddaughters were visiting from out of state. I tried the ice sleeve on her and it worked great! We used the resealable ice pack that's included and were able to just go to any concession stand an get ice to replace the melted ice. I highly recommend this product.
I am a very happy customer of Ice Sleeve. I have 3. One for knee, thigh, and hamstring. What I love about ice sleeve is that I do not have to be still and sit or lay. I can have the ice on me and still be mobile.

These bags are pretty darn good. They are like hydro bags. They are heavy duty and don't leak. They will probably last years.
I recently fell hard on my elbow and bruised it pretty bad. This ice pack is just what I needed. I can keep the swelling down without impacting my normal routine.
I love the hamstring ice wrap! I am a professional beach volleyball player and now, in my off-season, I take a lot of spinning classes. My therapist has warned me that I may experience hamstring problems if I do not take proper care of them. Thanks to IceSleeve, I have never experienced any hamstring pain. Were my hamstrings sore a few times? For sure, but I always used the ice wrap to speed up my recovery and reduce soreness. This product is something I am really looking forward to using when beach volleyball season comes! Thank you for keeping me healthy!
Bought two knee wraps last summer for mild Arthritic condition. After every bike ride or long trail hike put the ice pack in the sleeve and wear for 15 -20 minutes. These work out great while you are wearing you can move around, unload gear, hydrate or just relax with feet up. I am looking forward to some cold weather so I can use the knee wraps to warm up the knee joint. Excellent customer service and great value.
I hate to say it but I have had a lot of ankle issues. I sprained both ankles a few too many times. I used ice bags before I knew about IceSleeve company. Ice bags are messy and freezing water would be all over the floor and my couch. ANkle ice sleeve is awesome. Icing has never been easier. I can put the sleeve on and it does not slide. It's comfortable and the strap allows me to adjust the pressure I put on my ankle. I highly recommend this product!
As an elite athlete, these have been an instrumental part of my recovery. I love that they are mobile - you can wear them on the way home from the gym, while you're conditioning or just sitting on the couch. The ice packs that come with them work well, or you can use your own bags of ice. They travel perfectly; they are compact and stay on super well!

I played soccer for over 20 years. Throughout that time I picked up a lot of little injuries- one being on my left shoulder. I am at the point in my life where I do not want surgery on my shoulder, but I still want the flexibility to be able to go into the gym 4-5 days a week. The top of my foot is often sore (not sure why) and then I dropped something on it the other day, so it's really sore! This wrap works great for my foot. It also is really handy to ice my dog's feet and knees. Very happy!
I love, love, love the Lower Back Wrap! I like to warm my back to loosen it up. Instead of having to waste time lying down with a heating pad, now I can use this! It works great and makes my back feel warm and loose. Great product!
My rotator surgery cannot come soon enough! Pain pain, etc . not that I am excited to have surgery, but I do know with this ice sleeve, it will help me get better . Excellent product! The convince of fitting perfectly is a plus for ice sleeve!!
I absolutely love the Ice Sleeve. As an avid weight lifter I have found the Ice Sleeve is the perfect aid for recovery depending on my workout habits. After a workout, I can throw it on and still remain active around the house. The fact that it conforms and contours to the shoulder and stays in place is awesome. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. By the way, I am 6' and 265 lbs with a 54" chest and the large fits perfectly.
I stumbled upon the ice sleeve and Walt in Ventura, Ca at an expo. I picked up the extra large for my boyfriends knee but now we both use it. Immediately from the freezer, my boyfriend (64) ices his knee. There after, as it begins to thaw I use it for my hamstring, knees and even shoulder. We are tough on our bodies and I typically shy away from the typical bag of ice, but this ice sleeve is easy to use, easy to freeze, easy to store and very comfortable! I love this product!
I've been a jock my whole life, but when you reach a certain age and have rotator cuff surgery and a partial knee replacement, you need help! IceSleeve was the solution to recovery and I'm now able to play tennis. Love the product and use it weekly if not daily!
