Good news is I haven't had to use it too often but the few times I have had to use it it's been great. I can get a really snug fit which makes for a more efficient icing session and allows me to walk around if needed. I bought the calf and shin but it works equally well for the knee. It's a great product and has held up so far.
I bought the knee and ankle sleeves. They're great! I use them regularly after each recovery.
They're extremely convenient because I don't have to hold on to the ice packs and sit in 1 place.
Bought this product for my wife who was experiencing shoulder pain after we had tried a few different ways to wrap an ice pack on her shoulder ourselves. (It quickly became evident that wrapping your shoulder by yourself is nearly impossible and wrapping someone else's shoulder is challenging at best.) Since then I've had to use this on my shoulder to help my recovery after certain workouts. We both love the fact that applying the IceSleeve can be accomplished without help. The gel pack which comes with it fits perfectly in the sleeve and holds its temperature well. And with the sleeve on it is still possible to do things like type on a computer or cook. This is a GREAT product. Hope it stands the test of time!
This is a great product and it helps me tremendously in healing my runners knee. The sleeve stays in place and does not restrict my movement as I apply ice to my knee, reducing application time and the need to stay in place. Having extra bags is great too since I can leave one at work and only carry the sleeve in my gym bag.
I purchased the ice sleeve for my calf. It works just as described. I'm able to walk around while I ice my calf without the sleeve slipping down my leg. I've used other ice packs that wrapped around my leg but would always fall down if I tried to walk while it was around my leg. This sleeve stayed in place.
Had rotator cuff repair surgery in mid July. As others have mentioned using traditional ice packs is near to impossible to achieve adequate placement let alone provide relief from icing. Found this product online and started using it the day it came in the mail. I do not wear my shoulder brace now because this ice sleeve provides enough support and really feels great on the aching areas after surgery. Love LOVE the product.
If you use ice be aware that sharp pieces may wear and eventually create a pinhole leak.
Will be buying additional ice bag inserts and using this a lot as my shoulder heals.

I bought this item in Long Beach at th expo prior to the marathon. Love this product. I use it on my knee with both heat and cold. The wrap stays in place. I can even walk around with it and it remains in place. The ice stays cold for a long time and the heat is good also. I am planning to purchase the one for the back. I totally love this product
I teach about 8 Zumba classes a week and that takes a toll on my feet and ankles. I recently purchased the foot/ankle sleeve and I love it.

A couple of years ago, I purchased my first set of Calf/Shin wraps as a way to treat my shin splints. Previous to buying them, I would spend evenings balancing ice bags on my shin and cleaning up water spots when the Ziploc bags eventually leaked. I made this purchase to prevent this but I also like the flexibility I had that I could walk around with the ice packs instead of being stuck in a chair.
My girlfriend recently had surgery on both legs to due to compartment syndrome (look it up, it isn't a pleasant experience). Ice Sleeves were a great tool to help with her recovery as well. We were able to target the specific areas that needed icing but also gave her the flexibility to walk around which was crucial in her recovery. I cannot encourage people enough to use this product. Not only is it useful for treatment of injuries but I use it after long runs as part of my normal recovery process.
Cold Therapy, easy pocket to switch out icepacks, material is ideal to insulate cold. Pocket material is ideal to allow cold to travel from the icepack to the body site because the pocket material is not too thick and bulky.
My wife and I enjoy long distance hikes, and snowshoeing, but I have had serious problems with muscle soreness, and after hike recovery. I have tried many different products in the past with limited to no success. I researched the Ice Sleeves product, and was extremely pleased with the results. I would like to share my experience with others that may have the same type of problems so that they may also enjoy the positive results of Ice Sleeves.
Our recent snowshoeing experience was to Echo Lake, near Tahoe. We went about 5 miles roundtrip to the frozen Echo lake, with heavy snow conditions, including hills. The lake was frozen, so we were able to snowshoe across it which was quite beautiful. When we completed the outing, my legs were quite sore. I had packed the ice packs in an ice chest, and the sleeve in a separate bag. I attached the ice sleeve to my leg, cinched tight, and left it for our ride to dinner, about an hour. I was happily surprised to see that there was very little swelling in my calf, and minimal soreness. Usually after a hike of this nature, the lactic acid sets in and I would be greatly sore after the truck ride.
I love the way this product stays on and is easy to use. Plus the customer service is great.
The shoulder ice sleeve is very well designed: fits and adjusts great. The convenience and fit are comfortable and the delivery of coldness is effective.
I like that the knee and elbow stay in place even when I move. I like that I am not locked into using proprietary gel packs, that I can use any of the ice or hot packs I have that will fit.
Some highlights:
Ease of wearing - straps in place, ice packs slip in easily into small pocket, can walk around with it on or shift when laying down without it falling off. Can use discreetly anywhere as long as you can get ice or have a freezer to put packs in.
Comfort - light weight, product does not bind or scrunch up when wearing.
Packable for travel- I take to competitions and runs with me just in case my knees flare up. Or for immediate icing after races.
I like that I can move around while I ice my knee. It is also very comfortable.
I like that I can put the ice sleeve on and be able to move around, that is the best. Also, can be used for hot and cold applications. I love this product, I recommend to folks all the time.

A great product that I use and depend on on a regular basis. I am a 60 year old male who runs quite a bit, does bootcamp, and lifts weights so I love my IceSleeves and the relief they provide.
I love that I can put them on and still move about freely without worrying that they will fall off. They fit well and are secure without limiting mobility.
