Like the title says - perfect process. I spent a ton of time and made my choices. I did use some generic parts but they let me pick where to spend and where to save. I never felt pushed in to a part that I didb't want and their computer handled all of the problems with compatability. It took them a little bit of time to build the computer and they were upfront with that. They hit the mark with all of their guestimates. The PC arrived. I was a little irritated that I had to install the GPU myself (once again, they told me it would arrive that way) but they did give detailed instructions to do it. The card is fragile and shouldn't be jostled while in place. After the computer was set up, I benchnarked all of the components. All parts worked as they were supposed to. The OS was installed properly with almost no bloatware. Durability. I guess ok but I have only had the computer 8 months. 8 don't know if it will last a decade but it performs as good in month 8 as it did on day 1. Service. I just asked them about which parts would fit and be compatible (additional hard drive). They looked up the motherboard and my config and gave me accurate recommendations on a product that they don't sell. They already had my money, they didn't have to take the time to help, but they did. Price, they were cheaper than most other computer builders. Yes they were more expensive than building it myself, but I wouldn't have bought from them if I had that skillset. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Next time I upgrade my setup, I'll check with them first!
To be all honest I agree don't buy Ibuypower had a pc for 2 months from them. The power supply already died, the RGB in the CPU cooler died, The RGB in the Case fans died. The fans are so loud that I can't hear myself think even with the software for the motherboard downloaded. The GPU had trouble posting aswell. I honestly wish I can get my money back. The Customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with even worse then hp and dell.
The lights are a fidget spinner. The one TB M2 ssd laughable. The 16 gigs of memory Lol. No room in the case for HDD. But I needed a computer today, I let the smoke out of my old computer this morning.
Recently bought my first custom prebuilt computer and had switched out some internal pieces, and the graphics card was one of them. Not only is it a faulty card, but I realized it isn't actually the card I had picked out. It was a different brand of video card from what I paid for entirely. Have tried their tech and customer support for a few days and haven't gotten any sort of response
I bought a ibuypower pc almost a year ago and it was $500 and it was trash because they gave me a amd ryzen 3 3200g 8 gb ram and a gt710 for $500 and then 3 months ago i upgraded my graphic's card to a gtx 1050 ultra and now im getting a OLOy DDR4 RAM 16GB (2x8GB) Warhawk Aura Sync RGB 3000 MHz if you are gonna get the $500 pc just letting you know to play games you gave to upgraded and waste like $250-300 to play games with out your fps drooping
