I have been doing Ibotta for years now. I have recieved over 3,000$ in this time. It's very easy, fun, and most of the rebates are tailored for each member. I love Ibotta! The customer service is excellent, claiming offers is easy with tons to choose from, and cashing out is painless. I started using Ibotta about 2 or 3 months ago. It was very easy to learn how to use and get started earning money back on my purchases. There are tons of offers and bonuses each week that make it easy to save tons of money. When I recently went to cash out I had forgotten that I used a different email and had some issues verifying my info but customer service got right on helping me get it figured out and I was able to cash out $50 of what I had earned back so far. I highly recommend the app if you want to save money.

I bought four items that were exactly the same and printed in order on my receipt. Interestingly enough, only three were acknowledged. They were ice cream cones, so I threw out the box and tossed the individually wrapped cones in the freezer.
I repeated the process, and captured the receipt several times. Finally, I had to capture the UPC FROM A BOX ONLINE. Lo and behold, the compensation reflected only three of the four purchases. Too much effort for $. 75.
The app allows users to make purchases from some online retailers however the rebates may not go through even after the 7 day waiting period. Thankfully the customer service rep Hennica was able to help. I hope in the future there an easier way to communicate with ibotta representatives because everything i put in the chat to the ibotta automatic helper...(Carlotta I think) had to be repeated to Hennica. Its frustrating and annoying. Why ask all these questions of the consumer and don't pass it along to the representative?

I wish it was easier to get to an ibotta representative or to submit a ticket, but when one gets to that point it is pretty easy. They resolve any issue quickly.

Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?
