I visited ibillex.com by chance and was surprised of their beautiful website. Very high quality original graphic, high security and safty of the site including Norton SSl EV 3, Trust guard and Norton Seal. Also, I found that they use Aspx language and no out source coding. Site is in 7 or 8 languages and professionally designed. They claim that they sell online Bill of exchanges as Billex. I remember a few companies who tried the same business but failed due to technical or service quality issues. However, Billex trade finance corp looks very stable and international company, having offices in Toronto, Singapore, Luxembourg... it seems they wont fail due to lack of capital! Billex or Ibillex or eBillex are mentioned as products or services, but yet this is confusing what exactly they offer online. I think they need to focus more in marketing and providing information about their product which is very specialised in the market. Thank you Ted

This is about international bill of exchange and financial services.
The first thing on ibillex.com is its astonishing graphic design and visual technics. It is perfect visually. But in order to judge on its technical features, you need to register an account first. Registration is comprehensive, however, the nice graphic drops down once you log in. The dashboard and the platform content are not visually as beautiful as the home page.
I do not see any reason for visual defects in the technical pages ( forms, order page, profile...) unless the focus on technical features of the platform.
Ibillex is a platform, not a website only. The security of the website is up to market high standards and very well design.
I cannot judge about thier service yet as I have never used a Billex ( simply coz I do not need one!).

awesome and technical, worth to review
Hi every body,
I just came across Billex once our supplier sent a Billex to us for acceptance. I was dubious about it and not sure what a Billex is or how it works... finally I talked to JP Morgan and they explained to me what it is and how it works. I was surprised that despite all advantages a bill of exchange has, yet people do not know it and they just use costy LCs.
It is about three weeks we have switched to using Billex in our company. The only problem is here that our counter parties are not aware about it and we have to explain and convince them to use it.
We used it in Dubai easily, actually in UAE most of the traders know about it.
Every thing is fine with Billex company and the only problem is SMS delivery in some countries. We sent it to Nigeria for acceptance, they said they never received the pin codes and had to change the mobile company a few times. Apparently Billex has not strong sms gateways in Africa.
Good thing is here that Billex has started a flat rate of 30 USD for all countries,... I would recommend Billex and will keep using it in our business.
Tip for consumers:
Before using Billex, ask your partner or supplier to open an account in ibillex to make sure SMS is delivered in his country.then use thier profile info for new order of Billex. otherwise you cannot change the info once you submit the order and drawee mobile number remains unchanged in report for ever...acceptance not possible then.
