I like my ibigbean air track but trying to speak with the company about issues is brutal. I emailed them multiple times, maybe 3 or 4? And I reached out on Instagram. I just have a question about the inconsistency in color between my first air track and the second but they have not replied at all. My second air track doesn't match the first but they're the same color I ordered both times. The new one has a yellow tinge to it and it is not as nice as the first. I do not recommend buying from them if you want to ensure quality because if there is an issue you may never hear back from them.
I love this company so much I've bought a few air products from them and I plan to buy more in the future! The customer service is super nice and always very helpful whenever I have a question! The air products are also very high quality and the free shipping is definitely a plus since some other companies don't offer that!
I LOVE my ibigbean airtracks! I 100% recommend purchasing. If you are a gymnast, cheerleader, dancer, or if you just want to tumble at home, it provides safety for skills. It is even very good for gyms! It has helped me learn many new skills! Also they have many good sales!
This company has the WORST customer service. They sent me a damaged airfloor and I emailed them right away but they will not replace it. Instead, they want me to try and repair it. They take SO long to respond to all of my emails and then don't offer any help beyond try using the repair kit and how about a discount off your next purchase. I'm SO disappointed as this was a bday gift for my daughter. Don't waste your $.
Bad experience. Their logistic FedEx has lost my package. They has delivered to the wrong address. Ibigbean Did not follow the order and ask me to manage with FedEx. It has to be their role to do that. More than 1 month later still nothing. Now I am asking for refund and do not hang reply. I do not recommended Ibigbean!
Excellent! This was a Christmas gift for my 13 year old cheerleader and she absolutely loves it! Delivery was very timely and setup was simple. The air track is great quality and exceeds my expectations!
Have received no communication since they took my money. It's been 2 weeks. I am stressing that it will not be here before Christmas and it is the primary gift for my 2 daughters.
Ordering was easy, so no issues there. The only issue was that the chat support stated that they would answer at any time. I waited over 20 minutes for someone to come on, but no one ever did. Regardless of this, as I previously stated, the ordering process was simple and straight forward. The item shipped around the time they stated in the description - it even arrived a few days earlier than expected. Overall, a good experience.
I've contacted Ibigbean twice about a leak in an air track under warranty and they did not respond yet. I have purchased a new, larger air track from this company. I hope this experience will be better.

I have had my ibigbean airtrack for almost a year and it looks and feels brand new! It is super durable and has no holes, it's also super bouncy.
