Scam and con are the words that comes to my mind when I think of I-Ella, which is now out of business, but now doing business as Harper's Inbox. Same thing, but more expensive. Do not fall for it! You will regret it like I did! I wish I read the other reviews, but I follow this blogger and that's how I first learned about it, but didn't realize the blogger didn't mention she was compensated for her "review" and I got scammed out of money.

If I could, I'd give it CERO stars. After paying for the Starter Bag, I never heard from them again. I wrote to them and about 20 days went by without any answers, I never got anything either, no payment confirmation from them, nothing. After opening a case on Paypal, they finally answered with a ver rude "you are signed up for this service, WHAT IS YOUR QUESTION?". I should have listened to all the horrible reviews about this service, the way they treats customers. Keep away, put you money on better boxes and services.
