I've used other AI writing tools in the past, but this one was by far the worst. It's not user-friendly at all, and the results are barely readable.

I signed up for a free trial and was charged for a full subscription without my consent. When I tried to cancel, I was told that I had to pay a cancellation fee. This is unacceptable behavior from a company & I would advise anyone to stay far away from them
