Ordered a deck belt and still waiting 2 weeks later. Tracking shows at one place for 6 days and the company will not help. Said I had to wait another 5 days to file a claim to get my money back. It costs 68 freaking dollars so I can't order another until I get my refund. Stay away from this company You will regret dealing with them.

Terrible Service

Ordered some parts (bolts, washers) that turned out to be "backordered". Vendor refuses to cancel order despite not even having the parts in-hand to ship. They expect me to wait another 2 weeks to receive the order I paid for a week ago. I would give them 0 stars if I could, find somewhere else to shop.

Products used:

none, I never received them. Ordered the exact same parts from another, more reputable vendor which will be here in 4 days.

Purchased 3 of them at 3 times the cost of what amazon had hoping for a quality product.
3 came 2 were ok and the 3rd bearing doesn't sound right. Brand new shouldn't make a noise. Put the blade on was even worse of a noise. This was just spinning it by hand. I never turned the mower on. I left the 2 news ones on, and took off the bad one. I wanted to return it, However I have to file a claim take a picture and they will decide what they think should do. Customer, Service was horrible to talk to. I told her she wont be able to here the picture I send her so how will she decide what to do. 1st she said we will charge u 20% restocking fee, if we don't think its bad. Once I said ill destitute the charge with the credit card company she then said I could file a claim. Do your self a favor order off amazon save the $$
And less hassle to return something.

This place is bad news
February 6, 2025

Ordered battery from them online on a Sunday morning. Found battery in town Sunday afternoon. They're closed Sunday, so I called Monday morning. The order hasn't even been printed yet, but They flatly refused to kill the order and refund. It's Thursday now, still haven't shipped battery. This business sucks. STAT AWAY!

Dont buy scammers

The part that I ordered was placed on back order, this company refuses to cancel the order when the expected delivery date is one month past the order date. They keep saying the part is not on back order but their own website shows it as backordered.

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy from. They don't have the parts in stock. Say they are backordered. Say they will ship a month later. When you try to cancel the order, they won't. They then say it's ready to ship. They tell lies and make up crap stories.

They say they have the parts in stock, but they don't. They won't cancel your order. They make you wait for months they won't respond to you. Just simply a terrible company, runaway don't lock.

Don't Just Walk Away
April 23, 2024

Ordered some parts on their site and got a confirmation. No mention the parts were not in their stock. After two weeks of no communications, I reached out by phone for status. They said they would ship the week after next. I told them that was too long and asked that they cancel the order. Also followed up with the cancelation by email. A day later I received an email saying it was too late to cancel and they were already being shipped. When I received the parts, I sent an email back to them asking to return the parts. While they have a No Returns policy in their fine print, they allowed cancelation before shipping. I received no response to my request. These folks are not the kind of people you want to do business with. Amazon had the same parts in my hands in 24 hours.

Worthy Purchase

I already purchased a Husqvarna HV 703 [ *******] flywheeled fan and rotating screen after browsing many parts retailers without success. Finally, I approached them and ordered the parts. They kept me consistently informed about the order status by Feb. 9,2024. All the parts were delivered by March 1st,. Even I had to wait the parts were careflully shipped and delivered. They handled my request very seriously and I will continue supporting this business when needed.

I ordered parts from them in November and, of course, they didn't really have them and couldn't provide a delivery date. So I called and cancelled the order and found them elsewhere only to have these clowns send them TWO MONTHS LATER and charge my account. BUYER BEWARE!
