I can't access my money

I am unable to access my money and am locked out of my account after changing my phone number. Htx.com support is not responding to me at all. I have no one to help me. It has been over two weeks. Indeed, I have contacted customer support multiple times without receiving a response.

htx.com is a very bad exchange, they are suspending accounts with crypto in them and dont let you withdraw your money.
