Bought a Lap on Aug 18 2017 2 years the audio went out. The warranty was one year. I try to talk to him and they wanted 49.00 to trouble shoot. This pc has lasted me 2 years. I paid 300.00 for this lap top to last 2 years. I feel they do not stand by their product after one year. That is disgusting. I will never buy another HP product ever again. Getting the word out.
