I have a good experience with hp products, I used laptop, toners, printers... etc. Most of these products have a good quality and simplicity to use.
Maybe hp laptops not better than dell laptops but for me it is ok.

For now my experience is not that bad but I can see by reviews, other were not that lucky. I am giving 4 stars because I think price for my laptop was a little to high. I am using laptop a lot, on daily basics, for my work and personal stuff and works really good, no bugs, really fast what was super important for me!

We live on a mountain and cell phone reception is spotty at best. My next door neighbor came over and asked if I know computers, which I do a little bit except for Ipads. I can usually figure out a problem though but this one stumped me. I called customers support and was walked through the problem. BOB'S YOUR UNCLE! Perhaps we sometimes get what we give. Remember they can get stumped too. I give this lne 4 out of five, no make that five since my neighbor is ecstatic.

As I said! The quality is remarkable, some devices like printers can work for years without any noticeable pauses, you only need to change the ink cartridges. The reason the mark is not the top one - their laptops and PC`s are not so affordable by their prices, if its not the office appliances, but computers - I would advise to get another one.

HP.com is dense with relevant information not just about their products, but regarding technological accessories accompanying their key offerings. Well worth the time spent here

Recently purchased HP Envy series Laptop. Great looks, excellent finishing, fabulous sound quality speakers, full hd display. All together blended to make a brilliant laptop

Didnt encounter their service - so I cant tell anything that can be of use in this aspect.
Concerning the products - they`re good but can be a bit overpriced. Still reliable and I would recommend.

The laptops are good functioning but the quality is not lasting for long time, they should work on it so that the laptops are worth the cost

I've used HP since as far back as I can remember and never had any major issues with this company. Love the company. Love their brand. I will continue to use.

Used a ridiculous number of different printers and printer-scanners by HP for my various needs. Always reliable and precise work however sometimes they can have compatibility problems. 4/5 in general.

A relatively new printer stopped working. Multiple hours with Customer Support and no resolution. Was hung up on or returned call promises evaporated.

I am using HP Pavilion G4 since last 6 years and turned out to be the best laptop ever. Battery life is just awesome and their service is too quick.

If you are purchasing a laptop for the first time, but HP. It won't disappoint you.
