I have always envied kids with blinking. Colored light in their sneakers. Finally I could buy a pair! I was so excited when they arrived. They fit well and lived up to my expectation walking down the street, colored blinking make me very happy. I have got excellent. That's why I suggest it to all.
Ordered these for my son last month and had them hiding in my closet until yesterday for his birthday. Opened them up and one of the lights isn't working. Customer service won't let me exchange due to it being past the 30 day return policy. These came defective. I should be able to exchange for a working pair regardless of when I received them. I paid $150 for shoes with lights, I expect all the lights to work! I plan on leaving a negative review wherever I can

I purchased from Hoverkicks and ordered the Big Kids Orion (black) with remote. After reading the reviews I was terrified that my order would turn out like everyone else's. Once the shoes came in I immediately opened them up and started charging them so I could see how they worked, and I am sooo relieved that they are perfect! Exactly what I ordered, shoes work great, light up bright, the remote works awesome, and they fit my brother perfect. I thought I'd post a review to show that they're not all bad, hopefully this helps someone.
I called customer service waited about 5 min and everything was taken care of. Maurice is a rock star. Not only did he help me realize I messed up my battery but he is also sending me new batteries. How awesome! He made my entire day
My ten years old daughter has the black high tops andf loves them! The soes are really beautiful. She get compliments every time she wears them.
I was looking through the bad reviews and see that each reviewer has only ever left 1 review. Ever. Having owned these and having zero problems with them arriving on time and working, I can tell you they're fake and should be ignored. The shoes are great. Read the real reviews on the website if you want honest feedback.
My company participated in a glow-in-the-dark kickball league last fall so we just HAD to have these and got them in time for the "spirit" theme week. We walked about 10 blocks from the office to the field and were stopped multiple times by both pedestrians and cars wanting to know where we got our awesome light up shoes and where they could get them. Needless to say, we were a hit on the field and the other teams were envious of our shoes. They unfortunately didn't help our playing ability - but can't blame the shoes for that.
I also wore them on New Years Eve and basically got the same reaction from everyone I walked by. Friends that hadn't seen them yet went online and bought themselves a pair the next day. I like the slower blinking setting best. The charger is also great since you can charge both shoes at the same time. I wouldn't necessarily wear these as everyday shoes, but they're definitely fun for particular events or holidays.
They run a bit small, so order a size up and you'll be good to go!
I am so disappointed. From day one, the shoes were defestive, the battery went after 2 days, then they sent a new one. THEN the wire stopped working, they sent a new one, then the other battery stopped working
All within 8 days or so.
Have yet to hear back from them, they don't call you or pick up due to the amounts of complaints. I would really like my money back. I, doubt it will happen
My daughter had a problem with her HoverKicks. I contacted customer service and they were willing to work with us to get the situation resolved to get her HoverKicks fixed.

I purchased 2 pairs of hoverkicks one super nova blue one super nova black. Sheldon was the representative that took care of me. He was awesome, we had a problem one week after my grandkids got their shoes but Sheldon got right on it. Sent out now batteries that go in the heel and even 2 new remotes. I found out on my own that you can't let these shoes sit or that battery in each heel will die. But I was told they would replace it for free anytime it does. And it only died once and the shoes are perfect! I think Sheldon did a great job. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion. And i have seen some really bad reviews on here., but I would write a bad one to if I had one. If you want to really see a bad shoe company check out Shiftwear!
