I ordered two boards 12/2. Did not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days as website stated at ordering. Found this site 12/9 and got terrified. Called customer service and reached a rep right away who said my boards would ship 12/14 and I would get them 12/19. Tracking via UPS was accurate to this. Got my boards yesterday and they look great. No manual tho so still have to see if they work properly. Overall Im happy but not sure why no one else could get answers.
I'd give negative stars if I could. Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas. Both were not working by the 27th. I've called and emailed about return labels. Same song and dance. They'll email the request. I still Haven't seen or heard from them. I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Hope I can get my money back. This company is a scam. Let me know if anyone starts a law suit I'll be in.
I ordered a hoover board but cancelled my order after reading all the bad reviews and it not being shipped almost 3 weeks later ordered another one from another website because I needed one under the tree on christmas morning but they never cancelled and I did receive it luckley for me I had a. Friend who I could sell it to because I ended up with 2 I don't think it's a. Scam I think maybe because they are.so cheap they are in high demand I have. 3 stars because after cancelling they still shipped.it
It took 4 months but HoverboardCloseouts came through. A new hoverboard for my granddaughter. It works fine and all is good. Patience was required.
So I placed an orders 3 weeks ago an was starting to worry, didn't hear nothing back for 2 weeks but the money drafted my account the same day. So last week I see the money was returned an re charged to my account inthen received my tracking information via email, (was shipped through ups) and today my shipment was delivered. Will be checking tonight to make sure everything is working properly.
