I ordered two boards 12/2. Did not receive shipping confirmation within 2 business days as website stated at ordering. Found this site 12/9 and got terrified. Called customer service and reached a rep right away who said my boards would ship 12/14 and I would get them 12/19. Tracking via UPS was accurate to this. Got my boards yesterday and they look great. No manual tho so still have to see if they work properly. Overall Im happy but not sure why no one else could get answers.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Bought 2 for my kids for Christmas. Both were not working by the 27th. I've called and emailed about return labels. Same song and dance. They'll email the request. I still Haven't seen or heard from them. I'm filing a dispute with my bank. Hope I can get my money back. This company is a scam. Let me know if anyone starts a law suit I'll be in.

It took (3) weeks of calling & emailing, but i finally got the (3) boards that i ordered. They are very vague on when the order is coming, but i did get them. Just thought i let everyone know, cause i felt like i was being scammed.

I ordered 2 hoverboards on Cyber Monday and they were both delivered prior to Christmas, but one of them only ran for about 2 hours (with limited riding in our house only) and now it won't charge at all. Both chargers work on the other board, so it appears to be the hoverboard. I have called customer service every day for the past 3 days and always receive the same response - they want to take a message and then somone will get back to me within 24-48 hours, which hasn't happened yet. I have asked to speak with a manager or supervisor and they said they are just an answering service. I would bet money that they sent me a refurbished product and I'm really afraid I'm stuck with 1 hoverboard that doesn't work. Wish I would have read the horrible reviews about this company prior to buying.

I'm a single mom ordered thia hoverboard for my son and have emailed and called and no answer, trying to just get shipping date and info in the beginning but now just wanting to cancel and can't get ahold of anyone from company, does anyone have any other number or email to reach them

Ordered my hoverboard approx 3 weeks ago have sent 3 emails no response and need it to mail off to my stepson for christmas!

I ordered a hoverboard for my husband as a Christmas present on November 26th 2016. I called the company about one week later the check the status of my order because I didn't receive any shipping information but my credit card was charged. I spoke to someone and their customer service department who could barely speak English. I thought it was a scam at this point. I was told that I should receive shipping information within the next two days and that my order was taking so long because hoverboardcloseouts.com received a ton of orders and they were pretty much backlogged. I researched the company and saw a ton of reviews claiming that they were a scam. At this point I was in repair mode and panicking because I thought I gave my credit card information to a scammer. To make a long story short, I received the hoverboard almost 3 weeks later. It was in good condition, fully charged, perfect! Would I order from this company again? No. But I am happy that it is not a *******@xclrb
