I purchased 2 Michael Kors purses, 1 Pink, 1 Black not a cheap buy, on same order same day, the black one arrived no box just a plastic bag, next day the Pink arrived in a beautiful Michael Kors box.I went on chat 20 mins they cut me off, went back on chat after 14 mins they asked did I receive the purses,YES, I did but as both purses were for sisters, how can I hand one in a box & one in a plastics bag? All I wanted was the box sent, Not Possible I received the purses end of, is this what House of Fraser has become? I spend a lot of money with HOF, customer services is diabolical, you can't phone, it's chat/ email, these were purchased online & no one can assist with the problem, you've paid so what's your problem is the attitude, I will think carefully when doing my shopping in future as there is NO after sales service, thinking of all the other giants that have fallen already, HOF is not listening. Oh & I was charged p&p on both but ordered together? Soo upset & Angry
I returned over £200 worth of items via there website. Over a month later I still have no refund. There is no way of contacting anyone from House of Fraser, their customer service email just bounces back, they have no phone number, no live chat. Only messenger which they simply don't reply to. I have never been so frustrated, it is theft.

I never write reviews but i have to, cause i saw a lot of bad ones and to be honest i was vey scared, but i ordered two items yesterday and i choose the next day delivery and it came now at 9:45, i received from them 3 emails in time, and the items looks perfect. They give a hanger with the t shirt i ordered from the same brand. I will order more in future. Thank you HOF.
I have been shopping at HoF for over 4 years online. I have purchased a range of different clothes, bags and other accessories and I've always received a great service. I'm really happy with their goods, I found them reliable as I needed an outfit for a wedding and the delivery was fast. I have also used their return service without any issues. I will definitely be buying again.
Whenever I buy anything on line from House of Fraser service and delivery is exceptional
Can not praise enough. Best out of all the main stores Selfridges John Lewis etc.

Bought 2 suits from them online. One was damaged with an big scrub mark which I almost missed. The second did not fit. I returned them on time and they promptly sent them back telling me they were not returned "in the same condition as shipped"! What could I have done to them in two days? I took the suits to their Westfield store and showed them to Richard, the deputy sales manager. Richard told me these suits were never worn! I told House of Fraser what Richard told me but they are still not prepared to listen. This is in my opinion a scam and nothing more. I will take House of Fraser to the Small Claims Court and not give up that easily as they may have thought. I find this whole episode shocking that they are trying to peddle defective stuff by refusing to take take back which is with my rights. My advise to everyone is DO NOT BUY anything from them online or at all if this is their attitude to swindle their customers.

To read the measurement charts on each garment as each manufacturer

They have to have the most comprehensive site I have seen for fashion.
