Excellent Customer Service - 100% product support well beyond my expectations. Call with a product question and without hesitation was sent an immediate replacement. If only more companies backed their products with as much professionalism as this one. They have made me a customer for life. I bought filters from this place twice. My order was fine but i no longer needed my filters. I'm still waiting on my refund. No response from the company.
I bought a new frig in March (2018). The water tasted bad. I thought I might as well change the filter (ie people change the oil in new cars). I read the manual to find how to do it and discovered the frig (LG lmxs*******s - btw, I love it so much) did not have one in it! (That's what I get. Purchased from best buy - but I got it for 1/2 off due to a bearly noticeable dent on the side.) So I found HOF. The water is much much better. We can drink it. Thank you!

It is nice to find the right filter for my refrigerator. The price for multiple filters iOS reasonable compared to Sears. The price for three filters is very reasonable.

Good, cheap filters. They do their job well. I have had one water filter that leaked, probably an o-ring issue. Not worth fussing over for the price of one filter. Great buy!
