It is a starting point to find out what your home may be worth if you are planning to sell it. BUT I just checked my bank account to be charged $1. That charge was there along with an ADDITIONAL $18.95.

Surprised to find a checklist of things to look for while conducting my own home inspection. Very useful.

A good value of my home, but I do think that there is some (inflation) in the value. The whole county wants values to go up, with foreclosures still high, how can the value go up and what is pushing it up. A good review, Thank You, I needed to know this. I will use you again.

Comprehensive report of my home. Accurate information. It did appear that they used photos from Zillow but I don't have a problem with that. I do think the value of my home is low based on what other properties in the neighborhood are selling for.
