This is so disgusting! It smells like a old rubber tire. It says that there's easy exchanges and also easy returns but if you scroll about three pages down that's where you'll finally find that they charge you to return. It's very deceiving. Definitely not worth purchasing. And they want you to send it back in bubble wrap but they don't mail it to you in a bubble wrap? Hopefully people look up reviews before purchasing unfortunately I did not.

Been 9 weeks since I purchased a wait trainer which is not true to size. Jan a rep just repeats herself but there Is no resolution yet. I keep emailing and emailing And nothing. I paid for my own shipping since when I started the return process it took about a week to get a response. Jan the customer service rep is useless no type of help or guidance never again will I purchase from this company I will make sure to report them

I will never recommend that anyone make any purchases from hourglassgal.com. They don't have a reputation of standing by their products, and it seems they don't honor their return policy. About 1 month ago I ordered two shape wear products that were the wrong size. However, after emailing my proof of purchase(showed copy of my credit card receipt) which clearly indicated the amount I was billed, and proved that hourglassgal.com charged me for the product-I also emailed a picture of the original package with tracking number, my name and address, the company stated they can't find a record of my order. They even charge you a restocking fee. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. So please do yourself a favor and never order from them. You're safer going to a local store or ordering from Amazon.com. If I could have given '0' stars I would have. L. McDowell
This business is a total scam. I bought 2 waist trainers from this company and I got only one, I sent several messages but all I keep getting was an auto reply and no real resolution to the problem.

I was excited when I found this boutique!
I had a event and hourglass had the perfect item! I contacted hourglass to see if my item I purchased will be on time they say Yes! I purchase 2piece set July 4 it's September 27 still No item! I try calling No response straight to voice messages! I try email still waiting on a response! I try DM's still No response I try contacting on social media still NO! Response! I just want my refund! This place is toxic! It's sad cause it's black own! Please please please Do not order! You will be disappointed! It's not even a 1star it should be a no star! Horrible!
