I used HRB for some months and then decided to go meet three ladies in 3 different cities Kiev, Cherkassy & Zaporozhye. In Kiev, I took my own personal translator with me for one of the dates for safety. Before the date, I was informed to pay USD 100 to buy a ladys contact information and I was told she was interested in me. It was a BIG FAT LIE. The first girl was from Kiev. This girl comes with her translator and me with my translator sat at the table in a restaurant. Soon this girl started talking about meeting her family. I knew you just cant meet a ladys family on a first date. Then after the meal, they asked my translator to leave & they went on a shopping spree. Luckily I refused to pay for items and she kept wisphering to her translator quietly asking me to pay. I bluntly refused. I bought her only a few costumes & nothing more apart from some facial cleanser she wanted. Then on second date, she told me she would meet without her HRB translator and I sat waiting for over 3 hours in a mall only for this girl to return later in the mall giving an excuse she had to work on her day off. She didnt as she came later. I had already left the mall by then. She goes and sits in a roof deck bar and calls me asking me to return back. I take my personal translator with me over there for safety. We realise this girl had already eaten. (So much for etiquette. Where they learn their manners from who knows). We leave the place after few drinks. On the 3rd day she promised she would meet me. I wait whole day for her, messaging her, nothing. My personal friend translator decides to take me around Kiev not to be a dissapointed holiday. On Day 4 comes the lady wanting to meet at night and we go to a restaurant and she asks for money at the date. I refuse. She gives an excuse saying she needs to pay for rent & utilities. I refuse to give her any money. She gets only money home for a taxi ride. She then calls her agency to say I went to meet other girls and wasnt serious. This is how this girl behaved on HRB. When the manager tells me her comments, I blast the manager. The trip isnt over. 2nd girl I was to meet in Cherkassy. She knew I was coming and I mentioned to her I would be just 2 days there. Last minute after booking a train trip, she contacts me saying she wont have time as she has a baptism to attend for half a day. I clarify this with my personal translator who says baptisms for family gatherings last max 1 or 2 hours in Ukraine not half a day. This girl was another player. 3rd Girl I was to meet in Zaporozhye but she doesnt contact me back before I was to fly out there. Thankfully I cancel my trip to that city. So guys, SAVE your hard earned money and avoid this site HRB at all costs. If you do, it at YOUR OWN RISK. I can even show you receipts of proof of purchase for items paid in Kiev. 2nd girl from Cherkassy is still on the site Username DARIADARINA ID *******. Her sister also uses the site. Username IAMNUN. User ID *******. Avoid! Dont believe the phoney decent reviews on here. Must be written by HRB staff. 3 girls 3 scams HRB you are a scam site!

The letters & chat questions the foreign guy receives are mostly generic & automated, Not of a personal nature, the dating agencies (not the sites) who communicate as if they are the woman herself OR from women on these scam sites who work for a commission just leading the foreign guys on to get money out of them!
The longer the "dating/marriage websites and local dating agencies" can keep the foreign guy corresponding the more money they make"!
The LOCAL dating agencies "HAVE THE POWER (not the dating/marriage websites) BECAUSE:

I have been on the site for several years and have met a multitude of women. In fact, I went to Kiev and met one and, she was extremely sweet but, we didn't hit it off and that was about three years ago. I'm going again at the beginning of August and, I am meeting another woman that I have been corresponding with for several years, actually. I have received letters from all different ages of women in all different types of women and they are absolutely gorgeous! Different sizes, different types, but all, very beautiful and very sexy! Many I have spoken to, on and off, for a long time and, the one thing that has really impressed me, unlike many of the women that I meet here, is that they are very sweet, honest, and truly want to develop a relationship with a Western man because they have been used and abused by Eastern European man who only want sex, especially with the beautiful ones who happen to be on the site! And, not only do they remove those individuals from the site, but they refund the credits that you have spent with these very few women. Of course, is not the real thing but, the women want to meet you in person, and not have an email type of relationship, back and forth. These women come from every level of employment, but, you need to realize that even with a college education, many of them cannot achieve their goals to work in the fields that they have university degrees in! The most important thing to realize is that these are women who are extremely serious in their desires to meet a good man! One can go on other sites and meet everything, and I have been there, and have met a lot of scammers who don't have proper review by the site but the site definitely does! I have met some amazing women here and, in fact, I am going back in a month to me a very well educated and successful woman. The site does its best to make sure that you are properly protected! And, it performs its due diligence in making sure that the women are protected! And that is important on both sides. If you are looking for true love, then this is the site for you. If you are looking for fun, you can join here, but, you may not be able to pass the rigorous standards with which the site operates! You also need to understand the cultural differences between Western women and Eastern European women! The most important thing is to treat them as a lady with all due respect! It takes a while to learn that but, as long as you treat them with honesty and integrity, you will be well received! And, like me, the agency will help in creating the greatest of experience in your quest to seek that one right person with whom you will be able to achieve your goals!

I am very happy with the agency, have met a lot of women, correspond with many, some just as friends, because of significant age differences or other issues but, overall, they are just simply good people! And besides, they are very sweet, caring, and many times will write you just to see how you are! That is something that we sometimes don't see in the West! This member is a vulgar woman who sent me a photograph of her sex toy. She has written about details of sexually perverted parties given by her brother. She recently described the sexual behavior of her co-worker while in front of a janitor as "twerking". I was in Kiev the month of October and the woman refused to meet for coffee although writing me constantly since last summer. After I returned to my home, she suggested we engage in communication in order to "build a relationship". I declined then had her blocked at three sites to stop her non-stop harassment. She sent endless chat requests each time I logged in to check my mailbox. One lady who is a doctor in Kiev suggested this member has problems. I agree. Will you block her at your site also?

Last week, I contested fraudulent charges made to my credit card made by a site. This week, I find myself complaining about one of the members to that same site.

I reported this lady, two scammers and another lady who appeared to work as a prostitute. Afterwards, I was accused of fraud then blacklisted. There is a lot of confusion created by prostitute sites that steal model photographs to lure men. There are men whom make slanderous claims following rejection by ladies. However, I found where men made comments on the prostitutes's quality of service. These men gave details of her personal information that matched information I learned through research elsewhere. Before a man spends his money for high priced communication he needs to be sure the woman is whom she says she is.
Hot Russian Brides has something called IMBRA which in reality is a lot of nonsense. I personally had to relive a lot of painful memories that were a gift from woman judge who did not like me very much. One must provide documents and go through through a lot of idiotic routines for nothing because the Ukrainian women oftentimes won't share information and whenever they do they usually won't answer their phone. Whatever you do, hire a professional guide while in Ukraine. Otherwise, there can be many consequences like dishonest cab drivers at Boryspil Airport in Kiev.
