I purchased two tickets for a Premier League match back in May. The tickets were never delivered to the hotel address I provided. I've been waiting since then ( over a month now) to get my money back and after hundreds of calls and emails, all they keep saying is that account department is dealing with it but nothing has been done! Worst service ever!

I absolutely not recommend this ticket portal! Avoid it if possible. They are stolen my money!

I am writing to you in order to make a complaint because of not refunding me the
Money for the Tottenham Hotspur- Everton football game which was played without an audience on 4th July, 2020.
The 30 working days are over, and though I was promised by you twice that I would get the refund, it has not been transferred yet. I was told that the information and my details have been sent to the appropriate bank who is supposed to send me the money.
I hope the issue will be resolved soon or I need for taking legal actions.

I purchased two VIP tickets for Arsenal v Liverpool game May 2020, which due to COVID was eventually played behind closed doors in July 2020. After about 30 requests/enquiries as to my refund, I have just been fobbed off by HFT, as have many others. The latest response that I got from HFT was that I should "contact my bank or my credit card processor", which quite frankly is a joke! My impression is that HFT is a scam operation and should be urgently investigated!

I have purchased 3 tickets for Argentina vs Iceland match on 13th March 2018.

On 15th June, one day before the match, the delivery department cancelled the order and informed over mail that full refund will be made to me within 30 working days.

I have mailed 6 times in between, the latest being today with refund request, but no refund has been made. I have called multiple times to the Delivery Department, without any assurance.

I have lost trust and this is an appeal to help me get my hard earned money back.

Terrible. I bought tickets for the world soccer cup. MY order was cancelled 1 hour before the game, after I paid for the tickets almost 2 months before the game. Spent all the money traveling to Russia... and guess what... the money is not back to my account. Conclusion: this website is a bunch of cyber thieves. Even worse... I sent to this date 17 emails asking for my money and NO response

Purchased tickets for a United game but then Covid hit... still waiting for my refund... countless emails and calls, never get a reply and when I call been told I would get a call back and not once received a call...

We bought tickets to bring my 11 year old to his first game. We were promised delivery of tickets the day before, this then changed to the night before then subsequently just before the game. There was 8 others in the exact same position as us. All totally disappointed! Con men the lot of them.

Avoid Avoid Avoid, this website is a scam. I bought 2 tickets in November, i got a call from a representative on the same day, he decided to cancel my tickets £244 and still waiting for a refund after 2 months. This is a joke website with the idea of scamming people.

Never reply me back my question. Never update my tickets status. I still didn't get my ticket and the game will start soon. Beware and never buy a ticket with this website.

I bought tickets from this website on 22/7/17 for the Porto game on 6/5/18. On the 2/5/18 I received an email on their website to say my tickets were cancelled and I would receive an full refund within 30 days. It is now 37 days and refund has been received even though they took this money over 10 months ago, I have emailed different departments 3 times since last Monday and no reply from them. My credit card company is now pursuing this under section 75.

I bought a ticket for the stadium, just to discover that the ticket it wasn't a valid ticket as advertised. I had to buy a ticket at the stadium to get in and assist to Arsenal Man City, apart from the money spent on this fake website. The customer support is a joke, after more than 3 months I'm still waiting for a refund and they don't reply at all to emails and phone calls. Stay away from this website, they maybe send some real ticket sometimes to get a positive review, but they just take money from the others for nothing. Embarrassing.

This company did their best to RUIN my World Cup Experience. The ONLY communication was through lies and misinformation. I was forced to run all over 2 major Russian cities to find the "ticket guy" to pick up my ticket, which was paid for 3 months earlier, just hours before the game. The last game ticket was sent to a totally different city, so I missed the game completely. They never responded to this $443 complaint and only after I complained to Visa, was the money reimbursed. Stay away --- stay far away from this company!

Over 30 days since order was cancelled still refund or correspondence. Poor performance, stay away unless you have plenty of money and time to waste

Dispute about the delivery of tickets: I asked to send the tickets to my home address, because I commute for the match.

Hotfootballtickets guarantees: (quote from their website)
Delivery on time: We guarantee fast delivery to your home or hotel, two - four days prior to the football match. Tickets will be sent by one of the leading top careers services.
That clearly includes home.

HFT Terms and Conditions do not mention a mandatory delivery at a hotel or UK address either.

These two contradictions made me check the HFT website. I first contacted the chatline, but did not get an answer to my question. I did, however, get a telephone number in the UK *******129. There was nobody there to answer my call and when I wanted to leave a message, I got the message that the answering service could not hold any more conversations.

This inability to get somebody on the phone prompted me to further check HFT company. I got across very interesting literature. One element that I checked is the exchange rate that HFT is applying. At least that warning was spot on. £680 converts into 763. But HFT is charging 857 for £680. This is about 100 above the official rate. I am willing to pay this, but I sure insist to have somebody on the line to arrange the delivery of the tickets. Since I intend to commute to Londen for the match, I want you to send the tickets to my home address.

After sending the above mail, I received a call from someone who did not know the guarantees, nor the T&C of HFT as published on the internet.

Problem not solved until now. No customer orientation, no conversation possible

I paid two premium platinum tickets, seating together for Ghampion league final2019. I got tickets from category 3, separate seats. Delivery was at last moment. The are cheating people, steal money. Don't buy tickets there!

I purchased tickets off these con men for my husband i picked seats for myself and my husband and paid over 700, i got an email to say our tickets would be posted to ius 5 -0 3 days before the match. Then two weeks before we were due to travel to liverpool i got a text message to say that i needed a UK address for to get tickets. I inform these scum bags that i was staying in hotel in liverpool got text to say they would leave tickets at hotel got to hotel no tickets. I received my tickets with printed value of £9 on side of road from the most dreadful looking wee creetin and we were seated at the very top of Anfield Stadium this was just last weekend Liverpool / spurs game biggest con artists i have ever meet i hope they die screaming. NEVER USE THIS SITE i BELIEVE THEY HAVE FRIENDS and FAMILY WRITING GOOD REVIEWS as we were not the only ones caught like this. We were truely robbed blind feel totally upset and frustrated with no come back ruined our weekend.

It showed the sub-total for 4 football tickets was 480GBP But the Total for this order was EUR605.The exchange rate may be a trap if you don't know the exchange rate. I ask the live chat it checked for it over half an hour and no answer even a word.

Do not buy from this company, had Chelsea game cancelled in april 2020 still waiting refund, loads of emails calls etc just fobbed off.

Read the small print. They do not guarantee tickets together. If you buy more than 2 tickets then they only guarantee a pair together - even if they advertise them as together!
I bought 3 seats "together" to take my two young sons. Tickets arrived as one pair and one separate seat miles away.
Have bought tickets again from a more reputable website that does guarantee together. No refund on HotFootball Tickets tickets.
Also the delivery line is non existent I was on hold for an hour on the phone before giving up. No response to email, no response to messages left on "Emergency voicemail".

The worst experience in my life!
I bought 2 tickets for me and my brother for Liverpool vs Stoke City CAT1 gold on 28th of March. My brother booked a flight from Dubai to Manchester and after arrival we called and emailed them several times to know how we are going to get our tickets. They kept saying that we are going to deliver them 2 days before the game. We chased them several times before the match day and they said we will deliver it on the match day.
On the match day we went to Anfield we called them LITERALLY more than 100 times with no response. Few days after I called them asking for refund. They said apologies we are secondary market and we are going to refund you and give you free credit to use it on the next booking game. TILL NOW 15th OF JULY I've NOT received my refund. I called them on a weekly basis and they kept saying we are going to send an internal reminder to our accounting department. In one call, I asked the customer service to escalate it. He was very rude and end the phone call impolitely. STAY AWAY

5 tickets for Tottenham ordered.
Ticket delivery was extremely tedious.
5 tickets received in 4 different sectors!
2 tickets were invalid and we could not go to the stadium!

Even after repeated complaints no apology or price refund received.
