Just got my pre-visa from them. It was a difficult period because the gov offices closed for a week due to holidays and I was thinking to fly during that time. (Tet week) However, the communication with hotels in vietnam was superb. The agent, Vivian, kept me well informed of all my options through prompt emails. After changing my arrival date to later date, I asked them if could then, use the standard normal service, and get my letter still on time. They reassure me that yes, not a problem. I paid the standard service, and got my letter just one day after the offices reopened and on time for my flight. I felt treated as unique customer, I dont know how they do it. And comparing prices they were the cheaper ones. Thanks a lot.
Lies, confusing, takes every opportunity to upsell I had a horrible experience trying to book halong bay with this company. Through exchange of approximately 10 emails, the company reveals new costs, at every email and tries to upsell you services that are already included in the trip, and will nickel and dime you at every opportunity. The prices may be attractive, but you are better off paying a few bucks more and use a more reputable company. Do not trust this company!

I have used hotels-in-vietnam.com since many years when I travel to Vietnam and i can only say that HIV is one of the best providers for booking hotels in VN, they offer low price compare to other sites and their staffs are helpful and friendly with us. Check the site before traveling to Vietnam
