It's stale rather than creamy. I wish I had just gone to Costco and bought some new bags. Nice experience.

Been enjoying a little treat of Seattle. We toured their facility around 2014 and highly enjoyed it. They do book up about six months in advance. Their chocolate is a bit pricey but worth it for fair trade. You can generally look for local grocery stores to put their products on sale for half the price. I'm not a big fan of dark chocolate and I've noticed they have very few milk chocolate choices. Good chocolate though. Great customer service and I noticed all the employees seem very happy there.

Placed order online March 29th using Groupon. Was charged shipping twice-two different amounts for one order. Have called and talked to a person who was not comsumer friendly. Called another time and left a message to be called back. Never received a return call. Called a third time and spoke to a nicer person, but have not received my order yet and have been charged twice for shipping.

A very inefficient operation.

Placed an order and never received product. Don't bother calling their phone... they do not answer!

Thieves as far as I'm concerned!

Bought 3 individual Godiva truffle chocolates of differing flavours from Shin Kong Mitsukoshi store in Taipei. Disappointing.
The outer shell of each truffle was hard, brittle, blotchy and cloudy, suggesting the chocolate was stale or heat-affected or both. The inner cream filling was not smooth, soft or delicate and the 3 individual truffle flavours tasted remarkably similar to one another. Overall, not the soft, smooth, delicate, melt-in-the-mouth experience one expects of a truffle. At $6AUD per truffle this was an expensive disappointment.

So grossly overpriced. I just bought a very mediocre grilled chicken sandwich. I didn't check the price because it wasn't on the product or the shelf. $12?! Are you serious?!

Coffee is OK. The selection of coffee & pastry are probably the only thing worth paying for there. But I prefer La Colombe and Joe and the Juice nearby anyway...
