It took less than 24 hours from placing the order to getting the email that the server was ready to go. However, login credentials were provided in an email instead of adding the info to my account with them. This is a minor issue since the account they provided has been disabled already but it is not a good model.

I ordered a server, but it didn't appear. After a couple of hours, I tried the live chat, with low expectations - a human answered, and sorted the problem within two minutes.
Existing customer: I decided to upgrade my services because of email deliverability issues. Since my upgrade, I have yet to have a single day pass without needing to contact Hostwinds support. The migration was sloppy and lacked thoroughness. As of 2/10/2022, I still am having deliverability issues with my account.
WARNING: There will be a plethora of unexplained additional charges outside of the contract. When I inquired about the charges outside of the annual contract I received no response.

You would think that they would at least refer to some place that would help. I paid a year in advance and unless I find something I missed before, I will be attempting to get my $ back.
