I switch from Hostgator to Hostcredo. They offered me free Migration alone with free Website Optimization. After that time Till now, I never face any problem. I never see my website down. But I will not say 100% uptime. I don't think I need to change my hosting in future, coz day by day they are going beyond and trying to provide the best after-sales service always.
