I ordered a reseller plan from this company, but I am very disappointed with the quality of their services, incomplete WHM options, lack of features compared to what is displayed in their website. I asked for a refund but thy refuse this refund after just10 hours of payment for the order. I contacted their online support but no response. I do not recommend their services

Very bad support very bad hosting. My website is down and when I went to talk to them they were not replying and they also blocked me on their chat support. Now I can't even talk to them my clients are very upset about their websites not working and when I tried to talk to them they blocked me. Don't waste your money with them.

This is one of the bad web hosting that I've tried, and how support handles the issues, they disabled the web hosting and terminated the whole account when I had another paid web hosting bill, I try to contact customer service they say no such account.

The VPS account that I did pay for it was disabled within a week after purchase it, I try to get a refund but no refund was issued in my manager's PayPal account.

They removed the account and I had to talk to customer service that dose does not understand anything that I am trying to say!

Very bad customer support, which leads to problems! Not recommended to use the service due limitation as well.

Besides, they do not allow cPanel backup! They disable it so you have to pay more for backup!

Here's a real review:

They use the cheapest servers, when there's an error or something breaks on their side, you create a ticket, they just cut and paste a solution from a script.

They don't even read your ticket.

They apologize for something breaking on their side, and tell you the only option is to restore from over a week ago… still things are broken, and they still keep copying and pasting resolutions close to your topic and issue caused by them.

Best recommendation, pay a little more, save tons of time valued probably over thousands of dollars if you have a team or have invested weeks of work.
