I received an email from FreeShipping.com on Nov. 22,2015 saying, "We Miss You! Get a Free 30 Day Trial + $10 Cash Back Sign Up Bonus on Your First FreeShipping.com Purchase". Thinking this was a special holiday offer, I did all my Christmas shopping through them--15 orders. I got the bonus and shipping re-imbursements but when I got cashback for only one purchase I contacted them. They told me I had two previous memberships in the past year and that only one membership is allowed per household. SO WHY DID THEY SEND ME AN EMAIL INVITING ME BACK? They still owe me $39.72 in cashback for 13 more purchases. If I had known they were not going to honor the terms of an email invitation they sent me, I would have shopped through fatwallet, ebates or topcashback. I feel i was tricked into signing up with them and now they do not want to pay everything that is owed me.
