I have worked with HoonarTek for around 2 yrs and would like to share my experience with you so that you guys can judge Hoonartek's policies and work culture.

I started my career with Hoonartek in year 2013 and after completing my training was put into development within 2months. It's really great that you get exposure to live projects within such a short period. My friends in MNC's have been working as support for more than a year too agree that startup is a good platform for freshers becoz they can't afford to keep you on bench. Quarterly hikes, cool work culture, sports, events and many more. I really enjoy working here. Highly recommended for freshers. You will get to learn a lot from highly knowledgeable Abinitio experts. Managers are always ready to help you.

I worked at Hoonar Tekwurks full-time, It is a bucket of s***. Don't play wit your life.

1) Good Salary, which attract people towards hell

1) Worst project & program managers
2) Less projects with company, mostly they are working on POC & bidding for projects (which they never get) based on POC's.
3) Without requirement completion Management force Developers/Testers to complete the task.
4) Worst Exit policy, with no work they ask employees to serve 3 months notice period
5) Worst HR management.

Highly advise do not work for them.

I joined Hoonartek in 2020, working as part of their UK business for UK and EMEA clients I also work closely with the Pune leadership team on a day to day basis and the majority of the staff on our teams are sourced from Pune. Very high level of technical expertise and management maturity/pragmatism. I especially value the lack of politics - in my experience Hoonartek staff and management work together very positively to deliver high quality to our clients and to support/mentor our colleagues. After a 20+ year career working for the big global systems integrators I'm finding Hoonartek to be a fantastic break from politics because my colleagues really care about the client's success. The proof is in the strong growth that Hoonartek has achieved and the high rate repeat business where happy clients come back to us to start new projects.

Work environment is not good at all, full of politics and corrupt managers. If they don't have work in any project, they will put you in Performance Improvement Plan so called PIP and give you most typical work so that you wont be able to do. After 2-3 weeks, they will call you for a meeting and will say today is your last working day as we are not satisfied with your performance. They will never say that we don't have any work in projects, they will say your performance is not good that's why we don't want to continue with you and you can search for a new job.

This is the worst company in terms of job security. They have some key resources, every time they assign projects to them only. If you don't get any work or project, then you are responsible for not getting into projects. But in every company, mangers assign work to developers. Here, mangers say that you don't come to us for work so how would we know that you are a non-billable resource and its your duty to come to us every time for work. If some body goes to his manager, he will say right now we don't have any project to assign and once work will come we'll definitely call you, but in reality they don't call any one.

You will feel frustrated in few months if you join because work culture is too worst. They fire people very often. About 60% of employees leave this company within 1 year of their joining. Attrition rate is too high...

Never join this company ever. You can work on low salary package in any CMMI level 5 company but job security is must...

Hoonar tekwurks is the worst company I have ever worked. Managers are pathetic. There is no professionalism, there is no policy, there is too much politics. The managers treat people like slaves, and they have different policy for each employee. They don't care for your personal life, they insult you on floor in front of everyone. They write nasty emails, threaten you, and they keep employees in deep depression. They are surviving on few SA clients. They don't have much clients.

They treat very bad once they send you onsite. They think if they are giving you salary they are doing big favor to you. The HR team has no clue and control on $#*!ing managers. HR Team bluff while hiring you, don't trust them. There are few managers who control everything, these people have formed their groups and tried best to spoil your life and they don't allow anyone to grow. They keep insulting you, they won't give you promotion and hike and their bonus system is hilarious. Their CTC is fake, bonus component is big part of CTC, and that bonus you never get in this company. The worst company to work.
There is serious mindset problem in this company.

Not recommended to anyone unless you don't want to suffer like HELL.

Please don't join this org. An honest advise coming through experience and sufferings..

Worst policies & HR Team, they will offer good salary but they start creating issues when they don't have project to assign
