I have bought Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 on Sunday from Honorbuy (EU Warehouse) and on Thursday it was at my door. Nicely packaged, no delay at all, no damage. Two days after the order, I have written honorbuy a message, whether they could include a tempered glass film. They immediately responded, that they would do it if the package weren't yet shipped. I found the tempered glass film in my package. No comparison to the problems I had and I still have after ordering the same phone from another selling company. After only one purchase I can only recommend Honorbuy.

I ordered a Xiaomi redmi note 7 for Romania and they sent one made for china, with Chinese OS. What a shameful scame... somebody must stop them
Don`t buy from this site, i ordered a XIAOMI MI6, and after 10 months it have a network signal, i send it to China and i`m still waiting!
Buy a brand with decent warranty!~

Honorbuy - Cheap phones, no service! I bought a 450$ phone, and have had to pay another 120$in shipping and fees to get it repaired within the warranty! - The phone is still not working, now after 6months. Hornorbuy is asking for me to send it to China a, fourth time, which every time amounts to 50$ and 2 takes two months... Decide wisely...

Recently I bought Xiaomi Redmi 4A via Honorbuy. I got the device couple of days later and everything seemed to be working great at first but soon enough I found out that I can't make phone calls or send texts and also none can contact me neither with phone call or SMS (I use Croatian T-mobile). I googled that problem and I found out that I'm not the only one experiencing this as there were mulitple complains about the same issue from the customers in Poland, Spain, India, Thailand etc., so I decided to contact Honorbuy customer service in order to fix this.
Girl named Lily answered to my email and asked me to send a video of a problem which I did. After couple of days (that is how fast they are) she suggested me to send phone to a repair service in Slovenia on MY COST despite it is clearly their fault and not mine. In this moment I just wanted to fix this so I sent the phone to an address she provided me. Again, it took almost a week to hear from them again so I was getting really frustrated and today they finally contact me saying the phone is working fine and that there is no problem with it providing me some pictures of allegedly my phone calling other with ITALIAN SIM CARD which has nothing to do with my CROATIAN SIM CARD. Also, she accused me of damaging the hole of SIM card tray which is literally millimetre scratch made because it's impossible to pull out the tray without using some metal needle or something.
Anyway, to this moment they still didn't refund me nor fixed my phone and I'm not sure they will so be aware of this and don't trust them nothing!

After few weeks of deteriorating performance,
Sadly and suddenly 3 weeks ago my Redmi2prime, with only 18months life, start a deeply sleeping.
The recovery (vol up+power) doesn't work.
The only door that look to work is the fastboot (vol down+power), but anything tried to send inside the ******* or ******* is without issue.
The idea is that something must be wrong in the hardware.
On 29th of November I sent an email to the customer service and on the 6th of December I sent a copy to the support of HONORBUY.COM, where I bought the Xiaomi.
I am very surprised!
I didn't get any answer so far!
Because I stay for few months in Thailand, I contacted the Xiaomi Singapore customer service, to see if it was possible to send it there.
I have been answered that doesn't exist an international service for Xiaomi products.
They only take care of what they sold.
I am not criticizing, I am just informing other customers or possible customers or what is expecting them in case of problem.
Of course I will keep informing as much people I can in the entire world and on all the forums of the web.
People like me, who bought a Xiaomi or want to buy a Xiaomi, must consider that without service, the economy of buying Xiaomi disappear immediately once you have a problem, doesn't matter if is your fault or not.
On the web it easy to discover that Xiaomi has the worst customer service OF THE WORLD!
It must be because they make official dealer company like HONORBUY.COM.
My experience tell me that it's better to pay a little more when you buy SAMSUNG, APPLE, HUAWEI, etc. but to be sure that the next door seller you buy, is easily there in case of problem.
This issue is very important and is the "bubble" hiding behind the Xiaomi success, and it's going to blast sooner or later.
A really disappointed ex Xiaomi customer.
