Honda Car India now start cheating their customer. At the time of purchase they attract their customer by false promises. After purchase customer face huge financial loss after registration of vehicle. After registration Honda India write a well decorated mail by saying sorry sir we can not fulfil our promises and you have to bear financial loss, we are with you. I bear the financial loss of about 3% of total car( Honda Jazz) value. Pl beware about Honda India.
There quality issue in my 4 year old Honda City Car. Tried to get support from Honda but to no avail. Will think twice before buying Honda car in future for my family. Otherwise driving experience is very good.
Team of Expert at honda couldn't find rack noise issue and asking me replace every part of front wheel.

I lost my Honda Amaze car because her team cheated for their own gain during repairing/servicing work.
My car had an accident on the 22nd of August 2020 near Maksi Vaypass, Indore, Madhya Pradesh. I promptly informed my insurance company, Liberty General Insurance Ltd. Following that, the car was towed using Roadside Assistance (RSA) and handed over to Land Mark Honda Showroom for repairs on the same day. I was called to the Land Mark Honda Showroom for the car's repair, and Mr. Sushant Singh shared the claim form and estimate with me via email. After receiving the claim form, I filled it out and submitted it.
After 4-5 days, I called Mr. Sushant Singh to inquire about sharing the estimate with me and the insurance company's surveyor. He informed me that the estimate had not been prepared due to heavy rain at that time. I replied, "Okay.
Mr. Sushant called me after 7-10 days, and during our telephonic conversation, we discussed the following points as detailed below:
- He inquired about my liability, to which I responded that my car insurance provides 100% coverage with nil depreciation.
- He informed me that my car was considered a total loss, and I asked him to please share the estimate.
- I inquired whether an estimate had been prepared, and he confirmed that the repair estimate cost amounted to 3.5 lakh.
- I requested him to share the estimate with me and the insurance company's surveyor.
- He shared the estimate with me and the insurance company's surveyor the next day, and the cost was 4.53 lakh.
- Upon receiving the estimate, I called and pointed out that during our previous telephone conversation, he had mentioned a maximum repair cost of 3.5 lakh. I inquired about the 1 lakh difference between our telephonic discussion and the written estimate.
- Subsequently, I lodged a complaint with customer care (complaint ID *******6788) regarding the disparity in the estimate.
I did not expect this from the brand ambassador of Honda car.

This complaint is to communicate Highest level of dissatisfaction from Paras Honda Jodhpur. Staff is highly mismanaged due to inefficiency of General Manager PK Roy who is mishandling customers with staff.
Went for car service/repair. Main parts like fender, handbreak wire were not available which they asked me to pay advance then only would be purchased which i refused. Then parts came very late.
At time service was not attended properly. Asked them for pickup by calling PK Roy GM who said will call back to confirm and then no one called and pick up of car not sent.
No one came and then finally reached with my father Senior Citizen and highly reputed person in city at 1:10pm by leaving work.
Firstly they said it was lunch so waited for 20 minutes till 1:30pm for lunch to end(even we were missing my lunch due to them).
After the lunch got over, nobody attended for 10 minutes, then 15 miunutes, then 20 minutes and finally at 1:50pm had to visit GM chamber. Asked him why we have face this each time we come for service. He said would resolve and even started levelling allegation on me despite of being sorry for trouble.
He sent me to again main desk where the attendant who was late for 20 minutes started attending person who came after us. told the manager that meeting him was of no good.
Finally one guy came with blank paper and wrote many things and made bill of Rs 45,000/- plus and made me sign on that blank sheet which should have been job card instead.
Till now no message of estimate/time of delivery is sent.
Have 4 cars in my house Toyota Innova, Nisaan Magnite, Mahindra XUV 700 and Honda City. Would sell Honda city as each time of service is tortured and my time is wasted. Would recommend all i know in this city that never buy Honda Car in Jodhpur!

Nice car. Provides great Mileage. Petrol as well as Diesel Fuel type. Great values. Very affordable price. At very reasonable cost honda provides so many amazing features as well as comfortable driving experience.
Quality of touch screen is not upto the mark of brand honda the co should replace it
