Love Home Snap!!
Stumbled onto this site, but have been using it ever since and I tell everyone about it!
Don't know how they do it, but whatever I take a picture of, the info is always correct.
Found a home on home snap that had not been released to Trend yet, they had the info 12 hours early. Even the realtor was amazed.

This is a great pocket tool! I'm in home insurance sales and have shared Homesnap with my co-workers. When we write a new home policy, we need all the info that comes up on Homesnap . Getting it through Homesnap is a lot easier than using most county tax appraiser's websites. If you flip houses, this is a fabulous tool for gathering values next to the property you're considering flipping. I'm hooked!

As a realtor in this crazy market it is hard to determine a homes value. This is an awesome tool to use to get an idea of a homes value. Easy to use and
