My computer auto filled my address with the state of our old residence but had the city and zip code right. They called me to confirm the right address before shipping. Unit was a perfect replacement for a worn out unit. Highly recommend this place and will use them for future needs when they have what I'm looking for.

I had ordered the same from Build.com and it was on backorder and more expensive. I canceled the order, then found the sink on home perfect. Not only was it more affordable WITH personal outreach and prompt communication related to delivery and the delivery person carried everything to my garage. 5 Star experience

Ordered a discontinued model Kohler pedestal (not including sink basin).

Customer service called (left message) AND emailed me to confirm that I understood what I was ordering. Actually spoke with a real person!

Pedestal just arrived via fedex in a large box, inside of a VERY WELL foamed box was an original Kohler box - still stapled in place. Original Kohler foam was disintegrating into dust, but shipping foam kept everything together.

Prompt shipping, exactly as ordered.
Not a scratch, or crack in sight.

I recently bought a new granite kitchen sink with a tap. The prices are great, and the quality is outstanding. Indeed, the prices are significantly lower compared with the other stores I checked. The only thing is that you need to know the dimensions in advance before picking anything!

Had a great experience using the Home Perfect web site, very easy to search and locate what I was looking for, the prices are very reasonable and placing an order was very easy. This is a beautiful faucet and works great. I like the spray and pause feature. It comes ready to install by anyone don't really need a plumber. All the hoes etc hooks right on the old stuff that's under there - no new pipes needed. It's been a month since we installed it and I love it. It does not come with the soap dispenser but I had one already that matched perfectly.

I hadn't heard of the website before, but it seemed like a website targeted to the building trade, so I hoped the faucet handles would work well and match with my faucet, and they did. The confirmation email ended up in my spam folder, but the customer service rep who responded to my voicemail over a holiday weekend left a message giving me all the information I needed without me having to call him back - even gave me a delivery date. Very happy with it all.

Homeperfect had the best price by far for the exact same product sold elsewhere. I was a bit skeptical my order might be cancelled based on reading some other reviews, but my product shipped quickly and I had no issues at all. I will definitely shop homeperfect.com again.

Home Perfect prices are excellent. Christy in customer service "Chat" was extremely helpful. My sink is in stock and will ship within 3 business days!! Two other online sites were going to take 2-8 weeks. I will definitely order again from Home Perfect and look forward to receiving my Blanco sink!!
