When it was time to list my home for sale I used the HomeLight Service to interview and hire my Real Estate Agent, Dave Sulvetta. Dave is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable, which makes such a difference for a successful positive experience. Dave was genuinely caring and extremely helpful during the process, from the listing to the settlement. At no point did Dave waiver in his dedication and commitment to selling the property. HomeLight followed up with me on several occasions to check in on the progress of my home sale and my satisfaction with their recommended Real Estate Agent. Homelight team sounds great initially but apparently their problems run deep. I had attempted to become a part of the homelight team in Northern Colorado. Seems reasonable they take a percentage upon closing. After following the steps and realizing the upload of past sales was complicated I opted to manually enter these. With in a couple days they disappeared and I have been given multiple different excuses from Lori Pinkerton and Devon De Jesus with Homelight. After several month's no communication, lack of diligence and desire to get me on board. Several times they were going to call and follow up but never diid. Disappointed and not impressed. Practice what you preach Homelight Team.

We had a wonderful experience with HomeLight.com. HomeLight provided us with the contact information for several real estate agents who were great candidates to list our property in Los Angeles. The agent we ended up going with was absolutely incredible and helped us sell our condo almost immediately. I don't think we would have ever connected with our agent if it weren't for HomeLight. As we started to make the Decision to sell our house after 26 years, my wife and I looked at each other and asked ourself how do we find a Realtor. We went to the Internet

Personally, this is a site you can trust! HomeLight provided three real estate agents who called within minutes. I interviewed all three but honestly all three were good - I just had to pick one.
