I have an old carpet shampooer that had a cracked plastic tank. Found one on this website. Ordered it. Later read some bad reviews which worried me. Although they didn't let me track the part, I received the correct part in 7 days…not bad!

Ordered a chainsaw sharpener. I realized it would not work with my chainsaw and immediately emailed (5 times), and received no response. There is no way to cancel the order online and no telephone number to call. A week later I did get a response from "support" stating my item had already shipped. Do not under any circumstances do business with this company or you will regret it. Home Essentials, you truly suck.

Not happy with the customer service. Item arrived right before Christmas, so we didn't open the box until after the holidays. Sink was cracked in half. Immediately ordered another sink as we couldn't wait to deal with the return processing (we are a contractor and this was for a customer whose bathroom was torn apart). They won't accept the return as they claim we're past the deadline (which they only give 48 hours-- which it lists on the packing slip INSIDE the box that we didn't open for a week). My claim was originally approved, but then they decided I was past deadline. Of course this was after they went back and forth with us for almost two weeks requesting photos, order info, etc. After two weeks they decide they won't refund for the damaged product. Should have taken my business elsewhere. Will NEVER order from them again. Now I'm stuck with a broken sink I paid full price for. Worst part is now I have to pay to dispose of it. Terrible experience.

I ordered online with payment for two adjustable raincoat balls for Rs 699/- on 08/07/21, They sent me two cheap ordinary polythene made one"s, the stuff is worst than that of vegetable sellers

I needed an out of production instant hot water heater--the replacement model was larger than its predecessor and didn't fit the space I had. Thought I'd found it at Home Essentials as they specifically advertised the model I needed (at a higher price than Amazon charged for the replacement unit, but I figured they were charging more because no more were being produced). They did not ship the advertised model, but instead the replacement. It took them way too long to authorize the return, and they then refused (or, rather, ignored) my request that they reimburse me the cost ($20+) of returning the INCORRECT unit they sent me. VERY dissatisfied.

I placed an order. Home Essentials cashed my payment, yet eight weeks later, I still have not received my purchase. I understand we are in a crisis, but seriously, you have staff that can process payments, then why don't you have staff that can put an item in the box and place it in the post.

I have texted, emailed, and called -- no response in any way.

This company is owned by n brown group they are in trouble on shares market.their answer to this is hike interest.the interest was 36.5% year 2000 this year interest has gone up to 59.5%.Best thing you can do is do not let your credit go up otherwise the interest hike is to make your account unaffordable meaning your payement will go on longer.or stay away from this group do your check first. Trying to clear their account and close it after speaking to fca

I placed an order for a pore cleanser over a month ago. They charged my card right away and I still have not received my order or an email with any shipment tracking information. I have emailed them like 3 times asking for information and still NO response. I have tried calling their number, which by the way is not even in service. This is the worst experience I have had online shopping. They DO NOT care about their customers, all they want to do is scam people out of their hard earned money during extremely hard times. Never will do business with them again, and if I were you I would run before you get scammed for hundreds of dollars.

Place two orders weeks ago. Have not received a single notice from them since. Supposed to be notified within 48 hours of purchase about my order status... crickets. Out nearly $100. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered blue masks. They claim it was delivered. There is no proof of delivery (usually there is a photo). I have been waiting 6 weeks for this item. They will not refund my money nor replace this product! This is a terrible way to treat a susceptible customer during this pandemic. I no longer trust this company.

I ordered a lawn mower 2-pack wheel kit from Home Essentials Depot. Also noted that they had free 30 day returns. Seemed safe enough. When I received the shipment, it contained only one wheel. I called the shipping company (Marr Bros.) and was told that the order was correct and I needed to call HED. They said I needed to order two of the 2 Pack kits to get two wheels. The product was falsely described by the HED people. Also, the return policy requires that I pay for all shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee. I'm now estimating my cost to return this item will be around $20 or more when all I paid initially was $33.81. I do believe I have been totally ripped off. I can't reach HED customer service. This whole scam is playing out for HED as they make you think you are buying a pair of wheels then make it too costly for you to return the product for a refund.

Never use this company.
Nightmare company.
After sending a deflected toilet, they won't refund me due to 30 day policy even if the manufacturer says I have 360 days to be protected.
Horrible customer service.
They hung up on me when I called when I was keep talking.

What a sht company. DONT BUY FROM
THEM, specially if it's an item on sale. My fridge broke down last Sunday, so I purchased one from home essentials, with the promise of delivery in 5 days. 2 days after status of order hasn't changed, contacted them they said it was out of stock, like WHAT? So why are you still selling it then? Anyways, new stock were coming that day it being dispatched same day? So another 3-5 days for delivery…. Thursday came, status never changed contacted them again, said the delivery day was today. Checked status today and hasn't changed at all, they said they were dispatching today and should arrive by Sunday. Contacted then not long ago because status still didn't change to be told it's out of stock. What means that the customer service was making me fool saying it was being dispatched when it wasn't even in stock. So disrespectful! Asked to cancel the order and now let's see how bloody long they will take to refund me. Paid 578£..

I placed an order about 4 months ago, still haven't received it. They deducted their funds from my account though. I have contacted them on many, many, many occassions and most of the time I get NO feedback. If I do, they keep saying my shipment may take up to 4-8 weeks do to COVID-19, but it has been MONTHS! I have re-ordered the item thru Wal-mart and got the item in less than a week.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IF YOU DO, YOU ARE JUST GIVING THEM MONEY FOR NOTHING!

I ordered a product that was supposedly in stock. A week later the order reflects not yet shipped. I have to press them to find out they are out of stock. So basically 8 days from my order, my credit card charged to find out that this supplier does not have the product.

This COMPANY is a FRAUD and SCAM... I placed a purchased on 8/23/20 and it is now 8/29/20 and have yet to receive any information about my purchase... I was sent one email at purchase time about getting a notification for shipping date. I have YET to see the email for shipping my product too me. Then I emailed them and have YET to hear from them. I then attempted to call this number ‭*******786‬ which is listed on their site for contact and it says "The google subscriber you have called is not available, leave a message." KEEP YOUR MONEY! Stay away from this company. They are stealing people's MONEY. ITs SAD...

It has been more than 10 days and I have yet to receive my ring light, nor have I been informed of when it will be here. I have not got an email or a tracking number, so it's almost like I just gave away my money to them.

Order from this company on June 22,2020 it is now July 9,2020 still no replies to emails, no tracking number. But they took the money out my account as soon as I made my selection. This Is most certainly a SCAM COMPANY THAT NEEDS, TO BE SHUT DOWN PERIOD...

They massively over bill and charge a 20% restocking fee for the return. The restocking fee is greater than the cost of the goods if there were genuine which they are not.

0 starts not 1 but you have choose something. I learned a lesson, do my reasearch before ordering from a company. They basically just stole my money and never sent my item. I contacted them and they kept saying 7-10 business days, after months of that I asked for a refund and they said no, the item is on its way we can't refund it. Then they stopped responding, then my messages became undeliverable, then I contacted the shipping company they supposedly used and they had no record of my item being shipped... then strangely all my emails from them disappeared and I did not erase them. So I reported them to BBB and I suggest no one ever order from them and if you have been a victim, report them!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY STEEL YOUR MONEY AND DONT SENT YOU THE PURCHASED ITEMS

A very expensive sink arrived with virtually no packaging material, totally smashed. They refused a refund because they only give 48 hours from when you receive the package. Dishonest thieves!
