This company is big on promises, but is one of the worse that I seen on the web. We purchased a Haier portable washer/electric combo on March 10th. After many phones and many false promises I received only the washer which arrive in May and was dented. The drier has not yet been delivered and every attempt to contact the company has resulted in a message which states, " all our agents are busy, leave a message and we will get back to you." Avoid this company at all cost! The time you spend trying to get your transaction completed is outrageous. Haier should rescind their consent and find a more reliable outlet.

They charged very fast, but shipping is forever. I called them every week after placing the order, but they just don't want to ship the washer I bought. Then I called to cancel the order, but after one week, the order is still there. I tried to call but nobody is there, so I have no choice but to file a BBB complaint. Refund is pending. Hopefully there won't be any problem.
This website is amazing, I placed an order for Haier compact portable washer and after one month of waiting for delivery I filed a complaint with BBB and Haier America and then they cancel my order and I am now waiting for refund, avoid at all costs.
