Sept. 2020 I ordered a double bin compost. I received a tracking number from Pay pal. When I followed the USPS tracking number, USPS website said it had been delivered but the order was not received. Since the USPS website did not give any information on delivery address, I called the Post Office. They looked up the tracking number and told me that it was delivered to a different address and that it only weighed 1 oz. The large double bin compost should have weighed 40 to 50 lbs. The Post Office said this is a bogus tracking number scam that they are seeing. I emailed Home and Garden about this but received no reply. I contacted Pay pal and explained the problem. They contacted the seller but received no response over a week period. Pay pal did refund my charge. Order from this website at your peril. I advise not using a credit or debit card.

Ordered a shed and foundation 7/17/2022. Never received anything. They would not respond to E-Mails. Received one E-Mail saying my PayPal payment did not go through and could I please pay again. Now I see when you pay you are giving a donation to someone and not buying anything. These people are the lowest form of life on Earth. Do not give them the time of dat!

Please do not order from here, the website is a literal scam. Contact phone number goes to a company that did not know the site existed. Fake tracking numbers for orders, no way to contact and email support stops as soon as you ask for a refund.

I ordered a wheel kit for a generator. Never got any confirmation back and never recieved what i ordered. There was no phone number to call and they got the money. I originally googled what i wanted and this was one of the options and was the cheapest of them all so i ordered it. Called the bank and they couldnt find any info on this for me. Its a big scam! I would love to get a hold of the son of a $#*! that did this and kick his $#*!! Stay away!

Do not do business with these crooks! They'll take your payment and delay "Shipping". Two weeks later I received a cheap pair of sunglasses via USPS. Shipping numbers are fake.

Wrote told them that their site warehouse does not exist fake premises
So I told them send the goods by Monday within 1 hr they cancelled my order saying refunded no money back on my credit card so I will report this scam company to company house police crime squad trading standards BBC crime watch and other media sources like scam Britain get full media coverage

Ordered a product, had to give payment before receiving information, clicked on order, when received total, another charge was applied, without my knowing, this was reported to the fraud department

The site is a scams - ordered a few weeks ago,got nothing + site is not working and they didn't give me a contact number.
Stay away from the site - SCAMMERS

I went here for a quote. Before I knew it I was out a full deposit and without any response from any support on next steps or refunds.

Jan. 13th 2010 I ordered a Lg BD390 Blu-ray player (order #79); on Jan 22nd I received a Blu-ray player. Not really paying attention I hooked this one up and found that it would not play a blu-ray disk or a regular dvd all the way thru'. In fooling around with this I seen this was a Lg BD 370 Blu-ray player and a factory reconditioned unit on top of that.
I contacted Home and Garden Surplus many times via of their "messaging and their contact us" forms advising wrong product and defective. They have elected to ignore all of my emails. They do not post a telephone #. They have a nice looking shopping website, but they bury pertinent information on their FAQ page and not up front like most trustworthy sites do. They say they have the right to substitute your ordered product with something equal to our great than what you order. The Lg BD390 Network Blu-ray player is far above the BD370 and the 370 is not equal to or greater in value. All I want is what I ordered or a complete refund.
Based on my experience YOU HAD BETTER STAY AWAY from this shopping site.
