Have had my best ROI with HomeNash and I'm in Florida which is very competitive for realtors and very hard to find good leads in this state. The HomeNash leads are exclusive, so you don't have to worry about them sending a lead to multiple realtors. I think this is really what separates HomeNash for the other lead providers I've bought from in the past. I really like the way they do business and how much I'm able to return on my investment. I highly recommend HomeNash.

I really love their contact information guarantee. If you ever get a bad phone number or bad email address, they'll replace it no questions asked. This has really made a difference for me. I've had other providers send me junk mainly in the from of bad phone numbers, but this rarely happens with HomeNash and if a bad number does slip through, I just email it back and the immediately credit my account. I haven't found another company with this type of guarantee and they actually live of to their promise.

Don't believe the positives. My experience was identical to the 2 negative (SO FAR) reviews from agents who got about half their dated/inaccurate/junk leads and got nice sounding chat from Rob Anderson only to be eventually ghosted for good. I got 15 leads in a month (not 500.12 of them did not match their phone number/email/name. I don't know where they are pulling this junk from, but save yourself the $500.

I am very thankful for the service I received with them. I'm located in Florida and usually have to worry about finding good leads at a reasonable price, but home-nash provided! I am beyond satisfied with their service.

Sent Rob Anderson $400 for 50 leads and they stopped being sent after 25. Rob just dropped out of touch and didn't complete my purchase of 50 leads. Poor communications! Put on the act of a nice guy and would do anything for you BUT ended up not fulfilling my orders, took the money and never replied to multiple email, texts and phone calls!

I was the first client of Home-Nash years ago and I'm still with them. Their service is great and you can't beat their price. I highly recommend them.

Sign up. I have been watching other successful agents in my markets use them for over 2 years. I should've sign up sooner.

Rob Anderson Charged me $499 for 50 leads. After 20 or so I knew I was in trouble. The CSR's reported leads being very old, at least 2 months old. We ordered fresh off the web leads. That is what was promised.
I took a lead and lo and behold, I spoke to a friendly borrower who informed me that he had closed his loan a few weeks ago and why was I called. I have a recording of this. I emailed this to home nash and he didn't seem to care. I cannot in good faith accept the balance of the leads Home-Nash owes as they have wasted 4 weeks of my time not to mention my money. We only deal with partners that perform. I wondered why you have never returned my calls or answered your phone when I called. I would not recommend doing any business with them.

Rob Anderson and Nancy were unprofessional and showed little integrity. Amazed that even when things were terrible on their end neither of them would even place a simple call to their customers. No concern for their lack of service. The negative reviews are amazingly accurate, like someone else read my mind and wrote it up for me. Rob Is friendly on one call, responds to texts, then quickly gets demanding and rude that you pay, promises 800 leads per month. Once you pay can absolutely guarantee no longer being able get hold of either of them, and three weeks into it - zero leads received. Nancy could care less. No best practices and explanation of how and when the leads would flow, as promised by them, no follow up calls as promised on texts. True Shysters. Embarrassment to their company...unless they are the company. Weird signature line...like they don't wanna give too much of their contact info away. Lack of transparency.

I was new to business when I signed up with Home-Nash and needed some help getting in contact with people who needed to sell their homes. This was a perfect way to do it and I couldn't be happier!

DO NOT TRUST ROB ANDERSON. HE IS A SCAM ARTIST... I wish I had saw these negative reviews before signing up.

Homenash /mortgage leads are absolute garbage, mortgage leads are retreads, not fresh, previously called, customers say they either wernt on the internet looking for mortgages or it was a year ago they were on the internet...Customers don't pickup. I've called these types of leads for the last 11 years from different lead companies for mortgage leads, I know the difference. These leads are not real time, don't work and Street Nash doesn't return calls, either not at all or you need to beg for them to call you. Stay away fellow Mortgage Brokers, don't say I didn't warn you!
