Hobby Lobby

Hobby Lobby has been a great shopping experience every time. I try to support small/family-run business, so my shopping here has been mostly only around the holidays (great deals on Christmas decor and crafting items). I like the values they support (at least those purported by marketing! :))

Even when I've ordered just a few small items, I know they will arrive boxed and fairly promplty. Note that they tend to use LaserShip for my address, if LaserShip is an issue in your area.

It's an hour drive to the closest brick-and-mortar, so I cannot comment on an "in-person" experience.

What an outstanding experience we had with DAWN C.

Dawn skipped her lunch break to help us out with custom framing 5 paintings. The outstanding and amazing job she did led us to custom frame our other paintings as well.

Dawn is very professional and extremely patient.

Overall, we had a great experience with custom framing at HL and I highly recommend DAWN!

So this was my first time there, I usually go to Michael's or Joanns, only because that's what's close to me, but they didn't have what I needed, and Hobby Lobby did, at a lower price too! Couldn't find Sculpy glaze gloss anywhere, but Hobby Lobby had it for $4.99 verses Michael's $6.49, or Joanne's $6.49, or walmart $8, so I'm one happy camper.The employees were very helpful, and very nice, it's my new fav store.Please open one in Palm Harbor or Tarpon, you guys are killing it..

Great experience working with hobby lobby frame shop in Florence, South Carolina. The customer service was wonderful, my order was perfect specifications, and looks beautiful thank you so much!

The store is always clean, neat and easy to do your shopping any day, season or event. Customer Service is exceptional. Lots of items marked down with sales. Sales persons speak professionally and always answer my questions. Isabella in the Dawsonville, Georgia store helped me put together a beautiful framed vacation poster. She even saved me money and time as she put the picture frame together and contacted me it was ready for pickup! I love the positive values this company bases so much of their work ethics upon.

I just wanted to give a great shout out to Vincent Reyes, he went beyond what anyone would do. I brought my pictures in to have new glass done and some mats made for these old pictures. The glass was not cut to right size nor was mats so he called me to bring frames in and he measured and put them back together. He went the extra mile and used white gloves to put glass in and blew out dust and debris. He even took the old nails out and stapled it for me. He was such an awesome guy to help me. Kimberly had provided outstanding customer service. We needed a photo to be framed asap. Kimberly framed our photo with her extremely busy schedule and did an excellent job. I will always go to her now. Kudos to Kimberly! Thx Hobby z lobby to have employee like Kim.

The staff there is very helpful and and is willing to go above and beyond to meet your expectations. Manager Melanie should be commended on her efforts in making Hobby Lobby the best store in Columbus. Melanie went above and beyond in helping me put together a decorative piece for my kitchen table,
It looks so beautiful! She took her time to make sure that I was satisfied with the decorative item she put together. Every time I'm in there Melanie and her staff welcome me and ask if I need any help. Melanie deserves a promotion or a raise because I've been to all the Hobby Lobby's and the Reynoldsburg store is the best.

Framing department employee, Avery, in the Las Cruces, NM store, has been an outstanding and creative assistant to me with framing my large collection of art. She has helped me choose perfect custom frame and matting materials to enhance the beauty of the art. Always patient, professional, and helpful. Overall great customer service in this framing department.

I'd like to thank Lizzy and Patrick at the Fairview Heights, Illinois Hobby Lobby for doing an incredible job with my pictures.

I went to the Hobby Lobby in Weaverville. It was a Saturday and I purchased four wall decors. Next day there was an ad that all wall decor was 50% off. Not only did they gave me a price adjustment, but one of the wall decor broke and they gave me a new one also.
The people that work there are all very nice and helpful. I love the store, it has beautiful stuff and I have never seen fake flowers as beautiful and real looking as in this store.
My favorite store from now, they have a huge variety of most everything for the home.

Hobby Lobby US19 Clearwater, FL. Has picture framer named Steve who is beyond excellent. I have been collecting art for many years and have had numerous pieces framed. It was a lucky day when I went into this store and had the pleasure of meeting Steve who is an artist in his own right. All his work is professional and has enhanced my collection. You are very lucky to have a true talent in your employ.

I shopped at Hobby Lobby this evening. I packed my car with merchandise. I left my work bag,with all my personal items in the shopping cart. An associate named Tim noticed my bag in the rain. Went to store#545 in Blasdell ny. Found what I was looking for.The associate that waited on me was amazing. Her name is Emma. She was very knowledgeable polite and very helpful. I asked to see her manager and told her about my experience. I was in retail myself for over 32 years and I know what is like. Today when you go out to shop no one cares and have no knowledge about their job.To them it's only a paycheck. They have no idea how to help a customer. Emma was not like that. Good for her. She deserves a raise and recognition by the company.

I placed an online order the end of August. It shipped on September 3. I called Federal Express about my order and was told it was lost. I called Hobby Lobby and received a full refund! It was agreed that if I received the order I would let them know. I just received this order today October 13 with 2 pieces missing. I called Hobby Lobby to settle my account, I mentioned the missing items and my total due included only what I received! How can I not be absolutely thrilled at customer service like this! Thank You Hobby Lobby!

Michelle from the Sioux falls, SD store went over and above to assist in getting a canvas print. She tracked the shipment and notified me upon its status per store arrival of order. She went over and above in her communications!
