Just purchased some bike lights and peripheral equipment from these guys. Had some tech issues and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. I'm coming back to them for deck lights and a few other small lighting projects. Highly recommended!
Don't do business with this company... terrible customer service! They never answer their phone. They don; t follow through on commitments... placed order for 2 day shipping and it arrived 5 days later! Their explanation... "oh, sorry, FedEx doesn't deliver on Saturday", which of course we all know isn't true! If you can find a similar product elsewhere, don; t buy it from HitLights!
They ghosted me after numerous meetings then no email or anything after that. Dont work with this company they dont know ethics
