A month ago(2nd review down) as I made that post, Tom Parker supposedly program director of HireMyTeam contacted me directly to bribe me about removing my one-star post or my project will not be resumed. As you can see I didn't remove it; once again HireMyTeam gave me their words that they will in fact rebuilt trust and work on my project, in matter fact the 1st week after talking to him, someone reach out stated being my project manager, gave me a full verbal plan of how the project will be resume and when they will wrap up which was to be by the end of August. But guess what, once again they disappointed me and I regret to have once again trusted and let them manipulate me. They have not deliver anything about what was said. And as in today 6 months later, they have their money in their pockets and making false claims of services. They refuse to process refund and I found out that about 230+ other customers are going through the same painful process of paying thousands of thousands to this company and their services are not being rendered. The company even took down their official website and remove all access that customers had on Monday and a system they last resorted to, call Troy(as they claimed the communication will be smoother but yet they never answer your message or answer plainly to a request not specific to your personal project). I am disappointed and is unable to process how people can be cruel becoming rich with other's people work hard earned money. Making false claims of services, working in dishonesty, not trustworthy, fraudulent. I am a current customer and I'm dissatisfied with HireMyTeam. It's going into 5 months since I've signed a contract with HireMyTeam for a 45 days project timeline, Platinum Package with an already built website and all they needed to do was add 1000 products to Amazon, eBay, Bonanza, Facebook Marketplace, e-commerce store and do marketing. They only added 490 products on eBay and got a new theme on the website with a blurry logo(unprofessional). Products are not appealing to customers like they should, majority of the products were based in the China unlike what they said. They never added the products on Amazon and Bonanza as I pay 3 months of those subscriptions for no reason and did not even put the products on FB marketplace either. At first it was all good you know when Chin C. Started telling me the project was moving along and asking me to create the different account and gave permission to HireMyTeam to put the products but all of the sudden, I found them to be more interested of me paying the rest of my balance for the platinum package and sent me emails saying they will pause my project if I didn't pay. I went and payed them in full hoping that will get them to move faster. But what happened is they stopped working on my project. They never completed the changes I requested to do on my website or review my logo. When I check the platform Monday, there were no progress reported and my payment was said to be partial even after I payed them in full. They stopped contacting me and when I started to reach out they told me that my project manager got change as the new one told me by June 30th everything should be done and heading to start marketing. Since I noticed they had never done anything or even contacted me then I called them as they now told me that they are using a different platform for communication call Troy and that I needed to contact them on there. I understood you know they are going through changes but then I realized they have taken advantage of my patience and kindness because they never reached out to me like they said they would inform me every week of my project and when I called them no one is ever around to answer me or even attempt to contact me. As they ask to send ticket to Troy I had send several tickets and no one ever contacted me or reply to them. To this day there is still NO PROGRESS. NO CONTACT from HireMyTeam. They don't know how to build trust with their customers.

So I am changing my review of Hiremyteam team.
As of right now we have a Federal Class Action suit with Civil and criminal charges being filed we have a long list of clients where Thomas Parker the owner has refused to honor any of his contractual agreements with his customers. Anyone who is have issues in any capacity with Hiremyteam please contact me ASAP.

I have 2 projects after my visit to LA a Global and a Platinum. They started out strong but it's been a nightmare. I am leaving a negative review hoping to save anyone thinking about going with them. I am also urging anyone who is also currently a client to contact me ASAP who is Experiencing any problems.

Where to start first my projects aren't even close to being done it's been over 4 months reaching 5 month mark. You have a lot of fees associated with going down this road with eBay, Amazon, Shopify which hiremyteam doesn't tell you. It would be fine if sales were coming in but because they can't complete things in a timely manner your stuck paying fees month after month. My Platinum store they priced my products for what I get them for so with shipping and drop shipping fee I was in the negative. Despite the spreadsheets I sent them with products and prices. That was the recent thing that happened. Who is in the business to lose money raise your hands?

The next thing is EBay and amazon put limits on your accounts when you sign up. Again hiremyteam should be transparent with information. These restrictions only keeps delaying the process something they don't tell you. So you can have 6000 products but you can only post 800 of them without fighting EBay or Amazon to increase your limits.

Communication is so bad you go weeks without updates. You inquire and promises get made but then that date roles around only to be disappointed. They implemented a new communication software but I've seen no improvements. I've complained to Tom the Directer now 3 times in 3 months he is so good at telling you what you want to hear making promises his team can't deliver. He even went the extra mile to blame me for the delays when any request by them was given within 15 mins of the request. Tom has no clue what goes on in his own dept even when all the info is right there in the project notes in the Monday Project software. The logos are a joke they obviously do not have a very good creative team. The websites are generic but do serve their function. Who wants a nice website with a crappy logo raise your hand?

I've tried to be patient because they are a fairly new company that needs to work out their internal problems but their core business values about customer service needs to be improved.

I have given Hiremyteam until July 18 to finish my projects if they can't get them done I hired a lawyer to file breach of contract. They changed the wording of their website. Luck enough I was smart enough to take screen shots shortly after I started.

My advice to anyone thinking about do this DONT, not with Hiremyteam they make big promises no follow through and broken promises. I had such high hopes for them their business model makes sense they just aren't ready to early for them.

I can give so many examples and give more detail to every single hurtle I've had to jump through just to get to this point but I think you all get the point. For me the money I paid just shy of $18k it's just not worth it hire someone who can give you individual attention and service. I have to fight them now in court to get my money back. That my advice and run from this company as fast as you can.

Im also adding Tom Parker is not his real name and he is now refusing to work on my projects. Santos Gonzales was a front man claiming to be the owner for this company and he is not the owner. Any of the pics you see on their website or on this google review are fake. Gino distance himself from the company and closed the Long Branch office in Cali
