Took my money, never received product. Emailed them numorous times no answer. Product was ordered march 8th 3 months later still no product. Asked for my money back that didn't work either.
I feel stupid and angry that I fell for this scam, tat that seems like a nice deal but a full on scam. Id be interested to know if anyone has received anything from them. 40+ days now, no communication and no delivery. I've sent two emails and had one very poorly written chatbot reply that I can only assume was written by a grumpy 12 year old, and not a marketing or business professional. Total scam and angry that they are stealing from people. I'm in the process of reporting them but want to warn others, do not but from these scammers.

Ordered from these $#*!s before pandemic in February happily took my money, never received item kept e mailing them and got lovely replies now absolutely fed up tracking number that you can't track robbing theiving bastards, hope they all get Covid for robbing decent people of there money

Do not order from this company I have ordered since February and I have not received it igoing to be July soon they have not refunded me my money they played too many games and I have wrote to the Better Business Bureau and I am turning them in to the Attorney General so for your sake do not order they are the worse they don't even accommodate you they are liars are
They a legit company They don't have a phone number for you to contact them and they won't even refund your money back I want my money mail to me
I have spent all morning reporting this company to every one I can think of! Please do the same! Try and calling your credit card company the get the charge removed and get your money back! I'm doing the same, cancel that card so they can't charge u again! Time for these scammers to pay!
This is a scam. I ordered in March and still not package. Also they are not responding to my emails.and they change twice I will be reporting them
I ordered back in February and not only was I double charged but I never received my order. I have sent multiple emails and I swear they just copy and paste the same BS. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Zero stars
I purchase the item since febuary i sent a few email telling me the samething everytime. I would advise people not to by from them horrible customer service

I intended on purchasing one exercise equipment from this company on Sunday 2nd February 2020. I accidentally pressed the "purchase" tab a second time immediately after making my first purchase. I then notified them a few minutes after when I realised that I accidentally made a second purchase. They replied stating that they cannot cancel or give refunds on items that are on sale. I asked if an exception could be made based on the circumstance that I reported my error before they even shipped the item. They responded apologizing for the inconvenience but still stated that they could not cancel the order nor reimburse me.
The packages were suppose to be delivered between 17th February and 25th February 2020. By the 2nd March, I had to send them a message informing them that I did NOT receive my packages and that I was generally disappointed with their service. They only responded to my disappointment with their service on 4th March 2020. I then had to reply asking them to address my delivery issue on 4th March 2020. They replied on the 11th stating that it should have been delivered already and that I should contact my postal office. I contacted there before I sent the email inquiring about my package because I could not believe that it would take that long. When I checked the tracker on the site it is still stating "on the way" and at the bottom "we're sorry for the delay".
Today is Wednesday 1st April 2020 and I still have not received my packages.
I am feeling like they stole my money.
I was scammed.
29th January had my email to state order confirm it will be shipped shortly, tracking showed it was supposed to arrive between 9th - 14th February, i have it until 20th February and nothing. I chased via email standard response. Once 30 days had passed I requested a refund under the Consumer Regulations Contracts and they advised their terms state you cannot have a refund if anything purchased in the sale. I asked them to send me a hard copy showing where this is, as I couldn't find it but they kept sending md the same link for the terms and saying "read it". I've sent screen shots of the only refund part I could find and still nothing. I had an email 10th March stating "a shipment was on its way, checked the tracking via this link and this was the real date the item was sent. So it was never on it's way or sent before 30days had elapsed. The item arrived today and what do you know, there is no DVD with it, as advertised.
