At first, this place looks wonderful. Stylish furniture. But once we ordered, we got into a completely different reality. Items 'in stock' were delivered late, items were never delivered at all. Just two months after we finally received a couch, it completely broke. No customer service on the phone, only through e-mail. You get a confirmation e-mail and then…nothing. Days go by, a week goes by…I contact them again…NOTHING. Still nothing. This place is terrible beyond words. High Fashion, low quality, no service. This store is not what it seems, I would never ever advise people to buy here and wonder how they can perform so poorly and still be in business.
