Hibid is easy to search for auctions, Items, or items I am watching. Bidding is fast and easy. The total bid amount at the top is nice, but when my wife sees how much I have spent I sometimes I wish I could hide the total. Overall a great site. I have used others and this is, by far, the best.
These guys are always very cordial. Customer service is excellent. You can tell they care about bringing people back.

There is a lot to appreciate about the HiBid auction experience. The search tools enables a search by location, or specific items. After you set up your account you can keep a watch list of things you plan to bid on. Bidding is easy and I've never had a bad experience with any of the sellers.

It is very easy to watch an item and to make a bid. It is easy to see when the auction will end and how long is left before an item sells. If someone bids when time is low the time for that lot is extended so everyone who wants to can place a higher bid.

I wasn't going to bid on a few things until I was sure I got the one thing I really needed. Once I knew I was going to drive all the way out there anyway, then I could jump in at the last minute and grab a few smaller things. With some sellers, the auction is hard to follow once items start closing, but this one worked just like it should. I got the one main thing I wanted and a few other goodies.

Found it a little busy with more than multiple items closing all at once….on mobile that causes the contents of the screen to move up and down. Also, not sure I can find how I can view my invoices and/or receipts.

Registration and bidding were easy. I liked that the site remembered me so I didn't have to log in over and over. One thing that would be better are text alerts to notify us when we are outbid. My emails were delayed and I missed out on an item that I really wanted.

Love auctions like that the different auction houses have different items. The only thing don't like is all the different auction fees. Wish was standard auction fee. Also don't like shipping fee above shipping charges. I would buy more but have to also figure all fees into price.

I like HI Bid over all. The buyers premium to me is a bit odd, it's all done on a computer, so an 18% adder to me is a bit much. Sometimes the UPS stores that an auction house will use do not seem to be in any hurry to get the items shipped out. I am not in a hurry to get my items, but 10-14 days seems a bit too long to me.
