Ordered 7 items back in May 2019. It is now July 2019 and I have received 5 of the items. The sizes are all over the place, so nothing fits. The fabrics that were used were cheap and flimsy. I will not be wearing any of the five items... don't know if I will ever receive the other two items. Will never-never order from this place again.

I ordered a blouse which took a month to get here, and it doesn't even fit around me. I ordered the same size I do on other sites. I don't even want to try and return it because it takes so long for shipping. Will not use this site again. I hope this wasn't just some scam to steal my data.

My wife ordered 4 items, received two. Shoddy pants wrong color and wrong size and a stained blouse. She contacted the company and was told that it would be cheaper to keep them than to send them back to China and pay the tariff! I see that the positive reviews on this site are not written in standard English.

Ordered xl shirt it was so small more like a small size. Cannot find way to send back for exchange. They are a scam do not use. Look beautiful on web page but material is not nice and XLmade for a small teen.

Sizes inaccurate. Unfinished cuffs. Would not purchase anything else. Hoping this helps others. These same clothes appear on sites with other names

Nothing ordered was as described! Linen dress made out of nylon. Cost to return to CHINA is more than items. Don't waste you time, big disappointment!

Wrong size I need a 2x in men's not kids way to small don't fit its like stuck on me like glue and I need a new one

Clothes take more than a month to arrive. Horrible quality, poor fitting ( actual size is 2 size smaller), and it is not worth to return. The day that a bought it online my card was cloned from another China website ( just a coincidence?). Stay away.

Terrible company. Cheap materials and inaccurate sizing. They refuse to give refunds and are uncooperative. Stay away!

I bought two items from Hesimple and am very unhappy. The dress came in the wrong colour and was not linen as advertised but cotton and polyester. I used the company size guide but the top was too small.
I posted the items back to China in July 2019 with the information provided to me by Hesimple to get a refund but it has now been returned to me in Australia by post 3 months later, having been stuck in Customs in Guangzhou for all that time.

So, I am stuck with them and am $100 out of pocket.
Do not take the risk with purchasing from them.

Clothing poor fit, advertised as cotton but in fact cotton/polyester. Sent in endless loop when I tried to return. Reported them to my credit card company, which issued refund and will deal with them. Don't patronize this shady business!

Consumer BEWARE. The clothing is not as advertised. The sizes are all over the place. They require a return label to send stuff back - BUT IT NEVER GETS TO THEM. Three months from Canada and they have not received the parcel and thus NO REFUND. THIS IS ALL A SCAM!

From initial advertising for this company you would not know their items originate from Guangzhou China. Return or exchange is a scam! You will not see your money returned! Do not buy from this company! Their sizing is waaaay off the mark too. They make you jump through hoops knowing you won't accept a 15% return of funds to go towards alterations instead of you returning items to China plus customs! They obviously have scam distributors scattered throughout North America acting as the middleman but the return address (which is somewhat dubious!)cannot be used to send back items. Which I already did giving them the tracking number too! Never again. Once bitten.

Very disappointing purchases. I did not realize until Paypal went through it was a Chinese company. When the items arrived I was surprised. The pictures on the website are quite inaccurate. The sizing and coloring as well as quality is lacking. The seams are poorly fabricated. Reading other reviews I realize returning items is fruitless. Not recommended.

The two shirts were a terrible fit and made of the worst quality material you can imagine. I actually liked the pants and wore them for one day, only to have them literally come apart at the seams. As for the shorts I ordered, who knows? They never arrived. I can't fathom that there are people writing 4 and 5 star reviews on this site! Literally the worst clothes I have ever ordered. They look good in the pictures, but it's all smoke and mirrors.

Buyer beware! You have to return to China pay for shipping and then any custom fees! REALLY! Stay away from this company.

The website says that returns are simple and easy. I received the clothing I ordered, none of which was the quality or design shown on the website and wanted to return all of it. The customer service rep told me I would have to send the clothes to China for return and instead offered a 15% refund and I would keep the clothes. The cost to ship to China exceeded the value of the clothes. This vendor is misleading on all fronts.

I just received my order after almost a month. The clothes were not what the catalog presented. I am a size 2 and ordered a small which normally is ok for me. The shirt was way too small and the pants were enormous. I want to return them but there is no return form or address for me to do so. I am extremely disappointed and will not order from them again.

I say only I've lost my money and this Company is a scammer and merchandise is just rubbish. Now I want to return the items (I don't desire rubbish in my home) but it's impossible to find the address. By the track of my order, I knew the Company has the warehouse in Guangzhou (China) and I think that I'll send the parcel to the first address that I find and with this name LOGISTICS CENTER.

They don't take returns but if they do it is in China and costs more than the product.

I ordered a shirt and slacks using their sizing chart. The company sends from China and took "weeks" to come. The top was not hemmed and frayed and the slacks were too small. Tried to return them but was advised it would be expensive for me to return and could take a long time. They offered me 15% to hire someone to alter the clothing. On a $50 purchase that is $7.50. Stay away from "he simple.com"!

First of all they are located in China, it takes months and months to receive the order. If you are not satisfied you need to ship it back to China at your own personal cost and after going through hoops to get the return address. When the order is returned to China, it may not be delivered because of governmental rules. Be wise! Stay away.
