"Googling" my favorite styles in Bali and Vanity Fair brought HerRoom up in the first screen. Price is as good as any walk-in specials at the brick-n-mortar, esp. If you can get the s & h for >$50. Delivered by expected date to my door, can't beat that. Sizing is perfect, too.

The bras that I ordered where OK. It took long enough!
I'm still looking for a light weight cotton bra with NO under wire.

Looking for plus size COTTON panties to replace some older bali ones that I just loved.
These are at least cotton. The elastic is a bit like having string around you. It is too narrow and not very stretchy or resilient.
Experience with her room was reasonable. No surprises with customer care.

Love Calida cotton panties. Unfortunately out of stock when I ordered and took quite a long time to receive. But happy with my order.

I realize this is an industry wide complaint, but getting bra sizes right is part of your business plan. Band sizes are out of this world crazy! Several brands use the old sizing method: measure the rib cage and add 2" for the hook rows.

You Tomasina's hints is sometimes helpful, but not always. Would it be possible to get sizing info from each of the manufacturers you carry?

I've been watching the site for 4 months and haven't seen any sales on the Natori Bliss Brief or the Hanky Panky brief. It would be nice to have a 10% off code, free shipping option under $75 or $10 off $60 - I tried to ask someone over chat about this but they wanted me to sign up for emails... I don't want to sift through that for the rest of my life.

Still waiting for two items I ordered on 3/27/2022. They are on back order and just received notice that one is in stock and the other expected 6/12/2022. Really. I had made an order last year of a substantial amount of money and I never received it although the shipper said they delivered it and I still can't find the order. So I think they take way too long to fulfill items, they don't stand behind a lost package, etc.

Great experience, love the bras, panties NOT what I expected (different from photo, which is why you only get 4 stars), but not worth the $ and hassle to return.

I have received the slip I ordered. It took much longer than expected which was a concern as there is a date factor. It arrived in plenty of time, but I had no communication from HerRoom while I waited, so it was a worry until it finally arrived. I understand that there are issues with delivery, however many other places are able to text or email updates, it would have been nice to have that for this order.

The item is as described, fits as expected, and arrived promptly and safely. It was more than I expect to pay, but it's been hard to find my size in this color recently, so I went ahead with the purchase.

What's frustrating is the e-mail barrage after the sale: messages arrive three and four times a week, occasionally daily, with "sale" reminders, ads, and promotions. The e-mail is incessant and annoying and I'm about to delete myself from their database on account of it.

Ongoing help with advice from service staff, who are already setting up for cooperation and future relationships. Perfect purchases attractively fit my figure, which I picked up on the recommendations of the manager of the online store. A wide range of different products, which gives hope for the next purchase. Things were good and neatly packed.

I love their clothes so much! Everything is so cute and super affordable! Quality is decent. I find that sizes run a little small so make sure you know your measurements before purchasing, but other than thst I'm happy with all my purchases. Delivery is quick and customer service is friendly.

I've gained some weight so the bras were snug and I could have gone up a size. I'd like to see a measurement guide in the size chart the next time I decide to purchase anything. The panties were reasonable in price but the fit of the boy shorts was uncomfortable. It could just be that particular brand because I purchased a pair some time ago and I love them.

I still loved my service experience but the bras werent what i thought they would be like but thats my own fault. I'll be shipping them back.

Her Room does not have my size bra, no matter which brand I try. The ones I finally kept are not supporting but comfortable for wearing in doors. Otherwise, they are okay to deal with.

I had to return their products since the fit wasn't right. They responded quickly and a refund was sent in a timely manner.

The first item I ordered did not fit so I returned it for a larger size. I did not have to pay for the return postage or for shipping the new item. It did take quite a while but I appreciate that Her Room sent status emails - we received, are processing, have shipped - and happily I was not in a hurry. My replacement fits and looks nice.

Ordered Bra for wife and was to tight, returned and re-ordered with no issues. Great customer care.

Was a gift and had to buy something from someone else to have the gift.

Customer Service help was nice. I'm making a few exchanges and returns. Crossing fingers that with sizing help from your team, the bras I ordered will fit well when they come in.

Fine just took much longer than I expected but I understand that the supply chain is to blame right now

The products I received were of good quality so I'm satisfied with that, however, in my haste I forgot to enter the 25% discount promo code. I immediately sent an email asking if they could apply the code to my order. They replied saying "sorry, we can't do that once the order is placed." No other explanation was given. I realize the mistake was entirely my fault but the response left me with a bad taste for the company. Unfortunately, it will be a while before I order again.

Bought 6 Bras. Couple hundred dollars. Took four of them almost 2 months to ship because of Back Order Issues.
