I couldn't get my discount to go through at all, and even wrote the company regarding this. No response. Then, my order was split up due to some being "not in stock"... then the dates for sending the remainder of my order kept being pushed forward to a later time. Why post merchandise to sell when you don't even have it in stock to begin with? Very unprofessional. I'm not going to be a returning customer!
It took at least 3 weeks to get my order, maybe longer, I can't even remember anymore.
I kept getting emails telling me it was on the way, I sent reply's indicating I did not receive my order.
It was the same over and over again. Finally after close to 6-8 weeks, I decided to cancel my order, when low and behold my order shows up!
This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company in regards to delivery.
Products and customer service are great. The new website is awful. Insanely slow, filters don't always work, popups and picture tags block preview images, etc. It's practically unusable.

I'm on mobile. Most, not all of the bra's I looked at today didn't not have the prices clearly marked. Many had a range listed but not prices under the colors like they usually do.
There was an issue with my shipping and the customer services response basically amounted to you can't prove it was missed delivered so we are not helping you. While I eventually did receive my products what I had asked for was a reshipment at MY COST but if they could honor 1 item at a sale price and they said no. I pretty much doubt I'll ever order from them again.
This is in my original comment, but it usps misdelivers and you can't prove it wasn't in your mail box oh well they will not help you on anyway shape or form.

You then wanted us to send you a free order while your other order was being returned to us. This is not possible. You then contacted PayPal to dispute the charge before your item was returned to us. I purchased 3 bras and they were 1 " smaller in the width than ones I previously ordered from another company. Her Room would only refund the money for 2 of them since I already removed label on third bra but they also charged me for the return shipping even though they were obviously defective.

Hello Fran - All our products come directly from the manufacturer. The Warners items you were sent are correctly sized. Our return policy is clear that we do no accept returns on used products. The cost of return is at your expense - we did not charge you to return but rather give you the option of a pre-paid return label. I hope this answers your question.
I placed on order on 4/29. I ordered two items. One was back ordered and stated it would ship the week of 5/13. The other item was in stock and it was stated that it would ship immediately. I contacted customer service three times over a couple weeks as by 5/13 I still haven't received any part of my order.
Customer service never responded to any of my emails. I got an email on 5/15 stating that my order had shipped. As of 5/21 the tracking label shows the item has yet to even be dropped off with USPS. Almost a month later, no items and no one will respond to my emails.

It was easy to find a Champion Sports Bra that I have used for a number of years.
Buy when they arrived I found they were too small. I need to return the items and order larger size. How do I do that?
I always look for Simone Perele Bra and matching Panties. Found it easily on your site. Went looking for Linda The Bra Lady who is where I always ordered from before. But looks like she has the web site up for sale now and has licensed to others. Hope to get the order all together soon!
Customer service is extremely slow- assuming not enough staff to deal with support. No ability to track shipments of orders/exchanges/returns. Customer support number is a joke. I'm hold twice for 10-15 minutes, then was disconnected. Live chat is mostly not live. Please set expectations or let public know you are trying to hire more. Very frustrating. It' is experienced like these that have me turning to other vendors.
Once I was able to reach someone (on live chat after several tries over a few days), she was able to answer my question about exchange and returns

I ordered some underwear and received a style that did not match the photos on site. When I called and spoke to a representative, she was unpleasant and did not want to investigate the problem, insisting that it was my mistake. I also sent a complaint to customer service by email, and did not receive a response.
I was hoping that at least HerRoom would not have charged me to return the incorrectly represented merchandise, but this was not the case. I will shop elsewhere for intimates in future.

It took soooo long to get the bras! Please don't blame Covid. Other companies aren't all having this problem. I would normally have returned the bras for another size, but I didn't wanna wait for another 6-8 weeks to receive the second ones. And the refund process is also too slow!
The quality was great! I'm still trying to find my size, but otherwise, I'd have kept them.

Bad experience with customer service. Rude attendants that might had felt irritated by my accent. Or they were rude to me by their mediocre Texas concept (bias) of those of us who have an accent. They were rude. The company has a "price range" on items so the price is "subjectively set" at check out. Thus the shopper does not know the price of the item until she is checking out. And their attention.to customers complaints are ignored, as in my case. My request for a manage y response/call never came. Go to a boutique or buy from somewhere else. It will be best for you.
Horrible!! Two attendants: Lauren was one of them were rude. The other one said she was a “manager.” l do not believe so for she was also rude. The Texans people are very racist. I have an accent which might had triggered their intolerant rudeness and impatience with me. I do not care for this very dubious company. Products are good but with such behavior and response is totally toxic to shop from them. I have yet to receive notification of my refund for the returned item.
I ordered 2 identical items (2 colors). In less than 30 days, one item began to fall apart. I contacted HerRoom via email, then by phone to customer service. Emailed a picture of the item/problem. Since the item had been washed and worn, they would not replace or credit the item. In other words they must not stand behind the products they sell. These items were approximately $80 a piece. Replacing the item should not have been a problem. I will have to think twice before I order from them again.
I will never again order from this company. The bra I ordered didn't fit, and my return options were to pay 5.95 using their label, or pre-pay myself. Well, I pre-paid ONLY to find my refund was short changed an additional 5.42. Unethical!

Because description of same brand, styling and fit looked to be consistent with previous items I ordered. Even without trying item on after it arrived, I can easily see it’s not going to fit at all
Patience pays off when waiting for the discounts and sale prices to show up, though not always.
I ordered a small which is what I always wear in PJs. The pajamas were too small. So I exchanged for a medium. Bottoms fit perfect but button down top was still a bit tight around the bust line. I am only a 32C bust line and wear a size 2. My $50 PJs turned out to cost me $58 because of shipping exchange. Not worth the money for unlined too small top pajamas. I won't ever order from Her Room again.
Tip for consumers:
Buy a size bigger then you normally wear or don’t buy from Her Room at all.

This company is just awful. No one is accountable for the fraud. Purchased a handful of items, and returned some items the following day. They did not provide a refund for two of the items because of "blue ink" marks, which is simply impossible. I tried on the sports bras and returned. I asked them to provide proof of the ink marks and was simply told "someone 'might' get back to me" and for "policy reasons," they cannot provide a full refund. They receive 2 stars for having a good selection of items, but they are scammers, with no accountability.

Don't purchase from them, as you many not get a full refund on perfectly new products.

If you know what you need and what size you wear, it's pretty easy and they often run sales. HOWEVER if you have to make a return or contact customer service, it is horrible. Be aware that "free" returns actually require a processing fee. This is stated on their website, but "Free" is very misleading. Next, in my most recent experience, my return sat at their processing facility for who knows how long until I reached out to customer service, who told me it was still with fedex. Miraculously, <part of> the return was processed within 30 minutes. I had to reach back out because there was no mention of the rest of my return. They then said they couldn't accept the return due to deodorant stains, and I could call a number to pay $10 to have it returned to me. Strange since everything was tried on at one time, but whatever. I asked if I could get that in writing with some pictures. The response: Since you contacted us before we could contact you, we probably won't be able to provide anything, and once I pay the $10, I can see the stains when the product is returned. WHAT ON EARTH?

Fantastic site very very well stocked rarely can I find size 36 ddd in anything always sold out on other sites.
Wanted a unlined un padded bra/support. My former go to was LB. Lane Bryant's bras are all heavily padded except their T shirt line. When you are a triple DDD or large breasts why would you need extra padding. My breasts always looked extra huge in LBs padded bras.
I love the wide range of bra styles HerRoom has to offer and the prices are fantastic also.

I had someone recommend a certain brand and style of panties to me. I found that HerRoom offered the style, which was on the expensive side. However, I really wanted to try them, so I placed an order. Over three months later, they finally arrived. I had trouble in my original search to find the plus size version. I just went to possibly order more on a black friday sale, and can't even find the style, even though they are marketing to me on a daily basis. Oh well!
Everything was fine but I ordered in June or July and received it in late October. Thats quite a delay.
I’ve ordered from them before and generally like what they have. I also can’t usually get the range of products in my town that I can get from them.

My order was delayed 6 weeks due to transit problems. I understand this. What annoyed me was the constant barrage of over 40 offers from your company before I received the first order.
My local sources were unable to fill my order
I recently rec'd an order with 3 bras, 2 I returned, 1 I kept because it fit well. I hand washed and hang dried the bra, wore it for the 1st time yesterday (sat at a computer, nothing strenuous) and by the end of the day, the underwire was poking through. They won't allow me to send back no charge, aggravating since I just paid to return other items. They can't promise I'd get any money back if sent, once it's inspected for damages, but it was sent damaged. So basically I just paid for a one-time use bra. This was my last order from HerRoom. Their return policy regarding issues like this stinks.

Placed this order back in March. After noticing that it's been awhile, I contacted them, a couple of times, and said that they will notify when shipped. I wanted to get a time frame, not just get notification. In the mean time, I get promos of products, but I don't want to buy until I get my first order! So, it is now August and finally received order.
I used emai. But all the email says is they will send notifications when shipped.
I saw products that are hard to find and in my size.
